disgusting place, thrown away money for nothing, 2 and a half hours they were looking for the axel, which in the end did not find, but ask for it $ 300, in no case do not go to them as you will also throw away money, and on the phone you are not warned that they have 2.5 hours minimum.

Work quality was good, a little too pricey for a patch job, 2.5 minimum I not a great shop, like to be Billed for actual time and materials. 200$ would of been fair not 400$.

Very rude and unprofessional, even hung up when I had a question. Priced their items twice the average market cost. If you value your hard-earned money, beware of this place.

These guys have amazing customer service. we had a load to take an hour and half away during rush hour and our trailer lights weren't working, we called them and they said bring it in. We got there right as they were closing and the guy in the service department came out and looked at our truck and trailer come to find out it was our fuses then went back in the shop and came out with the fuses we needed and he put them in and fixed the problem. Now we can drive our load home safely. Truly appreciate you guys at Jim hawk truck trailer.

STEALERS READ BEFORE COMING HERE! I had charger twice price for welding leaf springs holder which is takes 1.5h, here is 1h labor 125$, I have done this job in different places 3 times max 280$, I had my own part, they are just for welding charged me 600$ I JUST WANNA WARN OTHER PEOPLES TO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE WHAT I DID!

Had a road call out on I 35 and the guy was quick, friendly, and knew what he was doing. I hope I don't have problems again, but if your a trucker ya know that's just wishful thinking, but I would definitely call this company again.

My airlines fell and a hole rubbed through. Was able to patch it enough to get here. They got me what I needed and the price was very fair, and let me fix it right off the street. Helped me when I asked dumb questions and were very polite and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better bunch to work with! Thanks guys for keeping me going!!

We are a small fleet, with about 40 trailers that we mainly service at Jim Hawk. While everything has not always been perfect, when there are issues, they "make it right". A majority (99%) of services are done professionally and to a great level of satisfaction. I know I can count on the team there, specifically Doug, Steve and Deana and have no reservations about highly recommending them. we consider them a very valuable partner.

This place is not a good place to rent/lease a trailer from.. equipment is very shabby! They try to make you believe water isn't wet.. I've missed two very well paying reefer loads messing around with these people and faulty equipment... they have a big shop on property but it seems they don't have the employees to complete medium to large work.. good luck doing business with these folks...

You might have a few things to fix but otherwise they're really really good with trailers please don't avoid them you're right off of the freeway

Couldnt be more happy and impressed with the quality of work and attention of the employees. Was having major issues with the tail lights and they checked over every square inch of the trailer and finally found the problem. They were able to get it fixed right up in a jiffy and not to mention working outside in the blaring sun with the temp close to a 100°. Highly highly recommend.

These good folks just completed installation of new wetbolts and shackle hangers on my rv. In the end, the work that they completed was FANTASTIC!! The best quality components...and better yet.....THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD DO!!! You don't find that often in today's world!! THANK YOU!!!

It's been a bit hit and miss whether I get good service from them or not. Last time I went, I was told no charge, since they replaced a faulty compinent that they had installed a month earlier, and then they turned around and charges for it.

Needed a new door put on my trailer. Called at 6:30 to see if they were open, and was told that they could have me taken care of real quick. After checking in with the service department it went from real quick to about 2hrs of waiting for a bay to open up, then 3-4 hours to outfit the door and get me back on the road, which is fine, I know stuff takes time, but it's now 5pm, and I'm still not rolling. I wasn't given anyone's name, no handshake, no nothing but attitude the single time I asked how much longer til a bay was open. Being told to be patient after waiting in the lot, silent as a mouse for 8 hours is not fun. Door is looking good though. If I hadn't been here for 10 hours already, it would have been a 5.
