Called to get my vehicle towed at 3pm and was quoted a 2 hour eta. After 2.5 hours with no communication I called back to see if they had an updated eta. After being out on hold was told the driver was on his way and quoted another 45 minutes. Another 3 HOURS went by and still nothing. Tried to call back multiple times and no one answered. Left a voicemail and was never contacted.
Extremely unprofessional I'm here waiting for almost an hr and a half i got to an hr and started calling back at 11pm it's going straight to voicemail if I knew they would of pulled this I would of called someone else immediately please avoid this place at all cost
Seemed nice and prices were in line with the market when I called to schedule my tow. They said they’d call me at 7 for an 8 am tow yesterday. I waited home until after 8:30 and they never called or came.

This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced from a tow service! I have had to use them 3 times in less than a week, long story lol. They were fast, super friendly, and extremely reasonably priced. I needed them in the evening one of those days but their ETA was after the shop where my car is located was closed. They offered to call me the next morning when they opened so I could get first tow, and they absolutely called! I wasn't ready at that time. I sent a text some hours later and they responded immediately and got to my car in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Haney Towing to anyone that needs a tow service!
Awful. I called at 6:30 and asked what the wait for a tow was. I was told 1 hour. At 8:00 I called and asked for an update. The man on the phone acted surprised I hadn't heard anything and said he's call the driver to check. At 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called back and the phone rang and went to VM. I tried again 10 minutes later and it went to VM again. I never did hear anything from them. Luckily I had a way home but if I hadn't they would have left me stranded.
Called very early on a Thursday morning and got to me within 20 minutes! Got my tire changed for me and got me back on the road.

I was told 15-20 minute wait- they showed up in 10 minutes. Guy was very nice and had my vehicle unlocked and jump started within 5 minutes. Hands down best experience I’ve had with a towing service.
Last week my car died in the middle of I-70 during the evening rush hour. Haney’s tow service is the only one that would ho me. The driver that they sent arrived earlier than expected and I think he was sent from Heaven. In addition to the fast and professional service that he provided with my minivan, he also was exactly what I needed in a time of crisis. I had never been in a situation like this and he just naturally knew how to say the right things to make me feel better. He made sure that I wasn’t hit by traffic when I hopped into the cab of his truck, as well. There are a lot of tow companies out there, but Haney’e trucking company goes above and beyond. That’s really what you need when you are facing an unexpected event.

I went from “panicked and stranded downtown at midnight on the weekend” to “everything is fine and my car and I are safe at home” in literally less than 45 minutes. I made a foolish mistake and locked my keys in my truck, called Haneys Trucking and Tow, they came out and assisted me with unlocking my vehicle. Very quick. Very professional. Very reasonable pricing. 10/10 would recommend
Really want to thank Josh and the crew for coming to the rescue my mom had a flat tire on the way to work. She called me to find somebody to change it. I found a local company that was luckily already in the area they change my moms tire on the side of the road .and got her on her way safely. Definitely appreciate all these guises hard work and super friendly service.
I broke down in the middle lane headed north on 71 during evening rush hour. I called, and a truck was there quick. The driver was very nice and accommodating. He stated he knew it was not a safe spot and wanted to get me out of there. He instructed me to wait in his truck while he loaded the car, so I was safe. He also made light conversation, which made me feel comfortable while riding with a stranger. Thank you very much, and I hopefully won't need you again, but if I do, I know I'll call Haney every time.
My truck dash said engine overheated on the freeway. I had to pull off the road in a bad area of Kansas City, Mo. I was really scared. I contacted this tow company because my roadside assistance with my vehicle insurance was going to show up in 4 hrs. I was very afraid to wait that long after 7:30pm. The man showed up really quickly. I believe his name was Tyler. He was very nice, professional & respectful as was his manager. He towed my truck home safely so I could get it to a mechanic the next day. I will call them if I ever break down again !!!!
Our car wouldn't start on the Plaza. I tried to get a jump but it wasn't working. We assumed it was a bad starter so I started preparing myself to get it towed to our repair shop on a Friday night. I'm imagining it sitting all weekend and just assuming the cat converter was going to get stolen....
I luckily found Haney's and called them first. They were polite and responsive on the phone and got to me within 30 minutes. While I was waiting I started looking into car rentals for the week...
Tyler showed up and insisted on trying to jump it rather than towing and he was absolutely right. After putting his portable charger on for 5 minutes it started right up. Crisis averted!

Our car stopped my husband needed a tow. I had already called one place who was talking $145 and an 45 minute wait. I called these people here and they said $110 with a 15 minute wait. Me and my husband wasn't on the phone 10 minutes before they showed!!!! Great service!!!! Thank you!!! Will definitely be using again.
Tyler was there to help change my tire within 15 minutes of me making the call. He was super nice and helpful. Then when my battery had gone dead, he jumpstarted my car. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who finds themselves with any car problems.
I initially called another company to tow my vehicle after getting two flats and was told they’d be there within the hour. After waiting for over two hours I called them back for an update and it turns out they never sent a driver my way and from that point it’d be well over two hours before someone could come get my vehicle. I decided to call these guys and they came in less than 15 minutes. Professional and pleasant to deal with, highly recommend!
Our car broke down on us while visiting Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun here in KC. This was 4th of July. Tyler was quick to answer and kept in touch. We were able to still enjoy the day and he came out soon as we were ready and took care of us. Professional and laid back which made a bad situation easier. Called and was able to get a quote within minutes and for lower price than the other company. Accepted on the price and car was picked up in 30mins and delivered to an address I gave them. I requested an invoice to be sent to my email so I can file reimbursement through insurance and was done without a problem. Called for a tow when my car died on the side of a freeway. Amazing service and friendly. Extremely helpful, and showed up in a timely manner. That was a plus as it was about 20 degrees. Made sure I was all set up at the mechanics before leaving. And the prices are very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow in KC.
I needed my convertible towed to a shop and after being told a quote from a competitor and having them change their rates on me last minute, I decided to give Penn's Tow a shot. I'm very picky on who touches my car, but Penn's made me feel better the minute I spoke with the driver on the phone. Very professional and most importantly the driver knew what he was doing. I appreciate the good service and will use them from now on. Guy knew his stuff and kept their word on the price. Owner is very nice too. Hard to find a good tow service now days. I needed to tow my four door sedan 12 miles. Cost was $115. I called another tow service and their price was $101. However, Penn's had a higher review rating on Google, so I figured the $14 difference would be worth it. Using Penn's Tow Service was a positive experience. The man who answered the phone was patient and helpful. In addition, the guy who towed my car was friendly. They arrived to pickup my car in less than 15 minutes. Price seemed reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would recommend them to a friend.
This was the first time I had ever needed a tow and was very impressed with the experience. I was waiting for less than 10 minutes and the driver was very courteous and helpful. I wasn't too familiar with the area so he recommended a good shop and got my car dropped off in no time. The price was absolutely affordable and I couldn't have been happier, especially in such a stressful situation. Great job!
