I recently took my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 to Gardendale Wholesale Transmission for a transmission replacement. The first transmission they installed was faulty, which is somewhat understandable since it was a used part. However, the replacement transmission they sent was incorrect, causing a two-week delay—all due to Knox Auto. Gardendale Wholesale has been transparent throughout this process and has made it clear that the issues are entirely the fault of Knox Auto Parts. Unfortunately, Knox Auto has not offered any compensation, apology, or effort to make things right. Gardendale wholesale is not at fault they have been nothing but great this entire process . I’m losing money because they sent the wrong transmission

As a repair facility we have worked with many vendors with new, used and remanufactured parts. I was searching for a wheel for a customer on a 2018 Chevy Silverado. I called multiple places and was unable to locate one. I finally stumbled upon Aesop, specifically Peyton Blom, one of their sales professionals. He was very professional from the start. He was quick and shipped the wheel out. We received the wheel and it was unfortunately damaged. I emailed Payton and without hesitation he sent us a new one at no charge. The second wheel came and was also damaged and not up to par for our customer. I reached out to Payton, once again with no hesitation, he made it right! This is not something we experience often in the automotive industry and want to ensure Payton is recognized for his amazing customer service, professionalism, and understanding. We will definitely be in contact with Payton and his team again when we are in need of parts for any future repairs. Thank you again to Payton and his team at Aesop!!!

Took them 2.5 weeks to tell me that they couldn't ship some seats I purchased. They didn't call me - I had to reach out as the seats should have been here before the 2 week mark. My card had been refunded before this point so they did know, but didn't care to communicate that information.
Absolutely ridiculous service! Ordered an intake manifold, they said 4-5 days for shipment, here it is 11 days later and it still hasn't shipped! Now I have to wait another 5 days for a refund!! Very poor business management!! I recommend going somewhere else unless you just enjoy waiting for something that isn't going to come!!
Absolutely dropped the ball here.... from the time I ordered the part and paid for it up front and literay everything about the experience was wrong from there on and they don't inform you that they are closed on weekends either. Botched the shipping and the part was complete trash when I had to go and pick it up and then all they could do was give me back me money and leave me left with the problem I went to them for in the first place... I wouldn't recommend going there at all and the manager is clueless on how to deal with the public... and if the company wants to clap back I got the receipts to prove all of it... that's not even the entire story but I hate typing

Would give them 10 stars if I could! After having my car at a dealership for 3 months, I was at the point of losing hope my car could be fixed. The part was no longer available anywhere because the model from Chevy was discontinued. After searching everywhere, I found Aesop and they were able to locate the part for me. I worked with Jodi, and she couldn't have been nicer. I took the part to the dealer, and they confirmed it would work. 2 days later the car was fixed. Thank you Aesop! Highly recommended.
Terrible delivery driver today on hwy 78 in Loganville GA at 2:00 pm. Truck number 964. At least 20mph over the speed limit and tailgating everyone that wouldn't get out of his way.
