I can’t express enough how great of an experience with this company was. Five stars isn’t enough. My call came in a little after 4pm on a Friday the driver (Cody) made it to kck before 5:30pm so that was a huge win right off the bat. The predicament I had gotten myself into was the next hurdle. One of the wheels of my vehicle had broken off and now the vehicle was resting on said wheel. Cody expertly devised a plan to not only get the vehicle to a more suitable recovery position, but also achieved this without a single bit of additional damage. Words and stars cannot portray the amount of appreciation I have for this man and company for getting their job done with precision and excellence. Thank you Cody and Parsons Tow.
I was very Taken care of with the driver, picking up my mother‘s van and dropped her off at the shop. There was no issues everything came together greatly.I would recommend this company to anybody in a local area they’ve always been good to my family.

These guys are awesome!!!!! I have had 2 tows from them and it was over a year apart. Dakota towed both times and I have to say I was at ease over it. First time I totaled my husband's truck and that was a hard day. Dakota talked and was very kind and put me more at ease as well..it was traumatic. Second tow as great as the 1st Dakota came and was great and reassured we would get it home safely. I was calm as I put my faith I'm God and Parsons and God would always pull through and they did too!!!! Can't thank u all enough!!!!!!
I had a little mishap today while backing out of a tricky driveway during the Holiday Homes Tour. Yikes! I called Lee and he responded within minutes. He had our SUV backed back out of a ditch, over some big rocks, and a drainage culvert with ZERO damage in no time. Polite, kind, professional and he even crawled under the car to make sure I hadn't hurt anything. 10/10 recommend!!
I had a difficult tow. My older car was in my basement garage. The rear wheels were “frozen”.
Chris was able to get my car out of the garage and on to his truck. He took his time. Chris explained, step by step, what he was doing. I was very pleased with this part of the service.
Next, he delivered my car to the repair shop. Getting the car off of his truck and into the shop was also difficult due to the locked wheels. Once again, Chris did this, explaining each step.
I’m very pleased and recommend these folks without reservation.
Had a flat on 35. I have never had a towing service respond so quickly. Courteous and fast. My tire was changed and I was back on the road in no time. I recommend them 100%.
