I was looking to borrow a tool, that was not at the store. They called around and found it at a local store for me.

Helped me find the right headlights for my car ….they are always wonderful to me. So I have to recommend them. ;)

It's a pretty good place to get the parts you need when you need them fast, but like everything else in the world today their prices can be outrageous! If you can wait another day or 2 for parts to arrive via mail then save yourself some money and order online.

So when do your employees lie about if a product is broken or in good condition when what we receive is supposed to be in perfect condition, the employee that called me a liar is named Patricia and she stated the part we needed was not broke. When we bought it, but when we brought it back she called us a liar about it being broken when we bought it in the first place. Really enjoyed being treated like that when everyone else has been wonderful

Excellent staff. Manager Rob and Robert are extremely helpful. The best. Loaned me tools and helped me install an alternator. And matched competitor price!!

Clean store and the staff was helpful even while the store was really busy.

Literally the worst parking lot ever. 4 main spots to park in front of the store. If you don't get one of the tiny compact spots you can barely open your doors in, you're walking your happy butt around the store. But wait! That leaves room for like 6 O'Reilly trucks, that makes sense.

Maria was amazing just bought a belt for lawn mower latterly broke shortly after cutting it so I called and she is replacing it. This is why I go to oriellys.. Great service and sweet women working there

Bobby, Reece, and kierra have been nothing but help during my numerous trips to O'Reilly over the past few months.

Counter guy was nice and very helpful looked my part up and got it off the shelf and had me out withing 8 minutes

Very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of before I left the store. Honestly they don't make enough for how hard they work.

Rude to females. They blatantly refused to help my girl. As soon as I walked in instead literally right after her, they were jumping to help me. She had $100 and the part number ready to go, they only had to pull it for her and checkout.

We had great worker name Patrick he funny and nice guy and very helpful

They have it all or get delivery 2 times a day. Ask for Steven or Patrick. They are very knowledgeable!

There site lies they dont deliver to a resident but yet u all deliver to a shop that dont make sense plus do cant seem to take a card over the phone witch is bs also went to.store for socket the people sold.me.to wrong one and wont take it back worst place to do business with

Got exactly what I needed. Even had an employee carry the parts to my truck, as they were very heavy.Much appreciated

Store manager has an attitude problem. They don't honor quotes, consistently recommend the wrong parts, and I literally have to go to Richmond because they're the closest proficient store.

I love the fact that they have free check auto light testing, they see me a lot and they're always friendly always willing to help and we'll go above and beyond to find what you need

Always go here. They know parts, and install the small quick ones. Batteries, wiper blades. Test electrical parts also. Plus the personal are easy to talk to about what you are working on

I went there and I hooked up this machine to my car to tell me what was wrong with it and then the guy texted for me which was really awesome with the guy it was one little part that I needed and they had it so I bought it and he put it put it on for me and I was ready to go very nice employees very helpful if you need help go there

The two men working were very helpful when I needed a new battery. They checked it and confirmed my battery needed to be replaced. One started to replace as the other rang me up, I was in and out in no time. I felt so bad as it was raining but they didnt care or grumble and groan about the rain. It was a great experience!

Prices are a little high, people are nice, but still lack knowledge. O'Reillys computer program really needs an upgrade and their stores needs something, that really shows they are different.

They are very helpful , you ask them a question they give real good answer or tell you they don't know I buy lots of parts @ O'Reilly...

O'reilly is very dependable and very responsible always have good services with them They go out of their way to find best product for me. O Reilly's truly is 5 star !!!

Not a bad parts place except for I own a Trailbrazer and when I asked for a oil filter to go with the oil I was changing I noticed when I got home the filter was to big so I looked on receipt and it said Ford F-150. Nothing bad about a Ford except I don't own a ford and didn't say Ford. They did exchange it without a problem which was good but glad I have two vehicles to drive or I would have had to of gotten a ride or walked to get the right one. Other than that I am a regular shopper for about twenty years now.
