Brought my car in because of over heating issues I believe are stemming from a head gasket issue. they had their mechanic look at the car and after driving it around for a while they said it was not a head gasket. So they claim to have replaced a relay and called it fixed.
I took the car to nevada and nearly burned up the engine.
Now the windows won't work. They did show me the oil drain plugs were replaced with bolts that were sticking out about a half inch and bent over. They are NOT small bolts either. This is no small mistake on some techs part. Either this was Allison's doing or it was one of the dealerships.
I am disappointed that they won't fix the head gasket issue. I really thought they were top notch mechanics 😕
Excellent service by experienced mechanics. Locally owned business that is an integral part of the community. They work hard to diagnose your vehicle's issue and get work done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I always think of Mike & Joe's first because they're simply the best.
The guys had my work done extremely fast and they have excellent customer service , providing me with details and the status of my vehicle I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to them and the prices are reasonable and not expensive.
Blew 2 tires on our trailer a couple blocks away from them. It was closing time and they stayed to get us back on the road and didn’t charge an arm and leg. A+++ guys! You ARE appreciated!!!

Great and really friendly service! They have cheap snacks and drinks in their convenience store as well. I went in because my back right tire was making a noise, they found a rock stuck in it and didn’t charge me for it. Will be back for sure!
Very friendly staff and reasonable prices, always get my inspection done here, they are very thorough on inspections. Never use them for any repairs except an exhaust system once, done a awesome job on it.
These boys are so awesome. They are fast and knowledgeable about vehicles and the price has never changed from the quote. I hit a opossum and when I turned something was making a rubbing nose. I called Mike and Joe's and they told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it to make sure I wasn't doing more damage and it was safe to drive. Literally took them 10 minutes and it was done and the noise was gone. They weren't going to charge me but I gave them a 20 for the trouble. They are proof that good humans are still around.
I had an appointment for tires and yet I waited over 2 hrs to get the job done and they didn't even put the spare tire where it belongs. Service wss onay but it took too long.
So I live roughly 200 miles from Mike and Joe’s I was down visiting friends when my brake lines decided to break I was referred to Mike and Joe’s by a parts store and they got my truck in the very next day and had it fixed in 3 hours which really helped me out of a jam and they were A+ people to boot. Would return if I was ever in the area again. Highly recommend.
The mechanics here will do you solid! They get down to the issue and in a timely manner. I will always being my vehicles here to be worked on. Good people!
You can't get better than there team family owned and they take care of you Dave alignment are on point. It may take a few days to get on the schedule but good work means they are booked. It's worth the wait.
