Was stranded due to roads being slippery I called for a ride spoke to a guy who took my card information & told me it was going to be 37$ to get me 15 min up the road . I agreed but I waited 1hr after he said 25 min one time then called back and said 12 min sad to say they never showed! Instantly got random charger to my card that I have to keep declining! I will not ever use this place again!!
If you find yourself stranded or stuck within the area this is the tow company you want. Very fast service; especially considering the size of CoMo to Fulton and beyond area.

Great amazing helpful guy! Randy was stopped cleaning up a wreck on the side of the road right ahead from where I got a flat tire with no spare while 2 hrs away from home walked up and to him and he was happy to help! Was nice to me my 2 little girls and my mom took us to the nearest place even offered to come back and put the tire on for us! Highly recommend!!!
I will always use ARR Towing & Recovery from now on. I’ve never had a tow company come as quick as they did. I’ve waited hours on the highway before due to going through insurance towing. I called once & within 20 mins he was there, minding you he was out on another call. Randy was beyond respectful & helpful & professional. Great service & good price. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know.

truck broke down 11:30 pm. he aswered the phone immiaditly and got there quickly . very profesional and got me and my truck home at a reasonable cost with the way fuel prices are. highly recommended
On yesterday evening, my 2 daughters, granddaughter and I were headed home from my son's track meet from Centralia, MO. it was around the early 10 o'clock hour and very dark as we were getting near Kingdom City, MO to merge onto 70 eastbound. my daughter was the driver, and as she turned in onto the curving road, something shook the car and it started moving off-road. She went into defensive driving mode and went into the turn, and we ended up in a ditch that was very muddy. We were all well (Praise God in Jesus' Name!), but unable to pull ourselves out, and my 2 yr. old granddaughter was crying uncontrollably. my daughter ended up calling emergency, who ended up calling for a tow truck. ARR Towing Came on the scene, and Randy, the owner, was the driver of the truck. He was beyond professional! He was empathetic and concerned for our well-being. He was patient in waiting as the Trooper was on scene and was getting information from us about the incident, and he had a great demeanor. Mr. Randy Sneller got his truck and chain and hooked it to the front of the car and my daughter got in and grabbed the steering wheel and guided it out of the muddy ditch onto the road. He proceeded to check underneath the auto and let us know that there was no damage showing. We were able to drive it home after thanking Mr. Snell for his assistance, to which he smiled and stated he was glad that we were all ok, and nothing major to worry about concerning the car. His Customer service was spot on and then some, having been in customer service the majority of my working career. I would use ARR Towing in a split second, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service to others!! I appreciated the services from ARR Towing!
Randy and his team at ARR are seriously the best. They helped me out and made sure I had everything I needed. They took great care of me and I could see how they treat each customer with care that walked in. Highly recommend!
After towing a car across country we needed assistance getting it off of the dolly. ARR Towing and Recovery was in the area doing another job, when we flagged down the driver. He immediately agreed to assist us in pushing the car off the dolly. We would still be pushing on that doggone car had he not been so gracious. We highly recommend ARR Towing and Recovery and will use this company for future towing needs.
Waited almost 3 hours 11pm to 145am our insurance company couldn't get us any help locally in Jeff City on 4th of July night. Our insurance company finally reached out to ARR Towing & Recovery for us, by this time it's almost 2am. They matched us with a friendly helpful guy named Randy that was willing to help with out any hesitation in Fulton, MO. Fulton is about 30 minutes away, he showed up in 20 or less. Randy had us up & running in no time. Would definitely recommend ARR Towing & Recovery... total Saviors!
Awesome! Arrived in minutes and had my car secured and on the way to service within five minutes. They even drove me across town to work after dropping off my car. They will always be my first choice.
Unfortunately I had a situation where my key was locked in my car due to a keypad malfunctioning. I was 40 minutes away from home and the sun was beginning to set. My insurance company said they were sending somebody out, but I was bracing myself for a long wait because the last time I needed to get towed it took somebody 3 and a half hours to get to me. Randy showed up within 30-40 minutes of being contacted and had my car unlocked in a matter of minutes. He was so prompt he actually beat the notification on my phone telling me that he was on the way! I’m so grateful to ARR towing because without them I would have been stuck after dark in a city that I didn’t even live in. Thank you!
We had the brakes go out on our truck and ARR Towing was able to get us towed at a very reasonable price to a shop. They were very responsive and took good care of the truck. Was able to pay over the phone. Would use again!
ARR Towing is wonderful! We were involved in a late night accident involving a drunk driver, and they took our vehical to their lot so we could salvage our belongings and our insurance company could do what they needed to do. Thank you for making things easy for us during this difficult time!

Best towing service I have ever dealt with! Randy Sneller was awesome:). Not only was he quick to report to my location (fairly late at night), he was able to let me ride with him back to where I was needing my car to be towed. He also provided me with a great repair shop in my town that I had no idea about and he happened to be related to the owner. With the awesome job he did and how polite and thoughtful he was, I was more than happy/willing to take my vehicle to a company where he is related to the owner. 10/10 recommend this company and especially Randy!! Thank you again Randy, you were a lifesaver :)
After waiting 3 hours last night from 10pm to 1am my insurance could not get me any help.They told me everyone was busy and made me schedule for help in the morning. I was in an intersection in the complete dark unaware of my surroundings due to me not being from Jefferson city. Now that’s it’s morning i was told they couldn’t get anyone to help within my provider so they got me over to Randy. As soon as I got on the phone he said he was on the way and had his wife take over. She was super friendly and took my info down to better assist me. Randy got to me immediately and got me taken care of in less than 15 mins. He expressed his concerns and didn’t like that I was out there for so long. I would definitely recommend them especially if you’re not from the area they took care of me right away with hardly any wait. Very good and professional couple!
