The. ONLY company I would recommend in the area! After making what felt like a million calls, from Jefferson City, to Kingdom City, I was finally able to get some help. They knew we were in a tight spot, and instead of taking advantage of our situation, delivered some genuine work, hundreds of dollars cheaper. This company had great morals and ethics and it shows. Great experience being towed by Greg after my car broke down suddenly on I-70 in windy, 19 degree weather. I contacted CarWhiz through AAA and service arrived quickly with good communication. Over the hour-long tow to a St. Louis Ford dealership, Greg was very friendly and conversational as we talked about cars, jobs, and different life experiences. Greg (technician and tow driver) was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up at the scheduled time and the communication was great. He helped me with my dead battery and got my Jeep Wrangler running. He even followed me to the service center in town (Hermann, MO) to make sure I did not have any issues getting there. I had a cv axle replaced by the car wiz. The service was speedy. The work i thought was good. He was upfront about pricing and I thought it all extremely fair. The problem is a month later I go to change my bearings and notice I'm missing the very important axle nut from my wheel assembly...this could've been very dangerous.

Was stranded on I70 westbound just east of Columbia and called AAA to come pick me and my car up and another tow company was dispatched to come. About 30 minutes in that company declined the call. AAA then contacted CarWhiz and within a few minutes I received a phone call from Brad explaining he was coming from Fulton and apologized for the delay. I explained to him they was the second tow company they had contacted and not only got there as fast as he could be also apologized for the other companies incompetence. Brad did a great job making sure my car was properly secured on his rollback but was explaining everything he did. After loading the vehicle he pulled off on the next exit just to double check everything was secure. Whether it's AAA or you call them directly I'm sure you'll get the same level of service. Thank you Brad for your promptness and level of car you used when towing my vehicle and making my crappy evening a little less stressful.

I got stuck off the I-70 in the evening with a battery/alternator problem. Greg from Carwhiz responded to my AAA app request before I got a call from AAA and let me know he was on the way and to confirm my situation. (AAA app also provided my location so I would highly recommend having it). Greg towed me to a dealership nearby after giving me some options based on my AAA coverage so I wouldn't end up paying out of pocket. He came prepared with water and a chilled cab on a hot humid evening and ride was worthy of a 5 star on uber. He helped me with the dealership after hours drop off process, recommended a quality hotel nearby, and dropped me off there safe and sound. I would definitely recommend his service and not hesitate if I need to use Carwhiz again myself.

Used towing services. Service was prompt and courteous. Brad was great and easy going. You never want to need a tow but Brad made it easy and was a pleasure to talk to.

Driving down I-70 at almost 10 pm I got a flat tire and had to call AAA. They sent Cody to come get me and he was so quick to come get me all the way from Jeff City. Cody was so empathetic as I was freaking out and crying on the phone. He was sure to make sure I was safe and to make sure someone knew what had happened and that I was safe. This was my first experience with something major like this, especially at that time of night and he made the process so easy for me. If you ever need car help I recommend Car Whiz and if you need a tow Cody will go above and beyond to help you!

My daughter and I were returning home to Southwest Missouri from a Gypsy Horse Show in Lake St. Louis when our vehicle unfortunately experienced a breakdown. As it was Labor Day weekend, I contacted my roadside assistance service, who then connected me with Greg. He, along with Brad, were invaluable in ensuring the safe transport of our horse trailer, which contained two horses, and our truck back home. We are immensely grateful for their assistance. The journey from our location on I-70 to our home was over three hours. They treated us with exceptional care, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Had a breakdown on a cross country trip, needed to get a tow to a diesel shop. Greg arrived quickly which meant the world as it was mid-day in August. He got my diesel truck loaded up safely and professionally and toted me, my wife, and our dog to the shop. Had a great time on the ride talking about all kinds of stuff on the way. He turned a stressful afternoon into a pleasant experience. Would absolutely recommend giving them a call if you need a tow. By chance Greg saw me on the side of the road minutes after my flat. He was able to help get me towed and was very helpful with recommending the best place for my tire issue. These guys are the best!

5 stars isn’t enough. They went above and beyond being on the side of the road on a hwy you have never been on is nerve wracking. They were professional and went above and beyond what any other service center has ever done for us. Thank you is definitely not enough. Yesterday, I needed a tow. I had gotten in an accident on the highway. I was very flustered because I was in the middle of a construction zone. Car Whiz Towing came within 15 to 20 minutes of the work order submission. The tow was very fast and efficient. I even got the privilege to talk to the tow trucker, Greg. He made sure that I was okay before the end of the tow. Constantly checking in, and making sure that I was happy with every aspect of the service. He even left me with some encouraging words, that really helped me process my accident. One of the best experiences I have had in a tow truck! 10 out of 10 recommend!

OMG we had a blowout on the highway heading to Kansas City,MO. Hertz had to call us a tow truck. We had a God send tow truck driver/company CARWHIZ AUTO REPAIR & TOWING. Our tow truck driver Coty was the best. He was there in 20mins and hooked us up and took us to firestone to get a new tire. He was so friendly and had a tow truck that was big enough to accommodate me, my husband and our 3 grandchildren. He was so professional and helpful. I had to have a tow from Columbia to Ashland on a Saturday night. AAA sent the guys from carwiz towing out . He got there as soon as he could and we were loaded up and back home safe and sound. I appreciate the service

AAA sent Carwhiz to tow my car. Greg was very quick to call and to respond to me. He called me to see if I had any specific problems with my car and he responded very fast to my location. A great experience dealing with these guys from tow truck driver to the technician. My car broke down on the side of the road the tow truck driver arrived quickly and delivered it to the shop. The car broke down at 10:30 a.m. and they had my car fixed same day at 3:00 p.m. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants a great price and excellent service but most of all honest people.
