Great customer service. The owner himself "Chad" came to pick up my vehicle for towing. From the time he was dispatched to the time of arrival he was texting me with ETA and location. Great to work with. Not sure of price since it was in with my insurance plan
What has serviced us twice once for gas and one's for towing. He is very professional he goes over and beyond to make sure that he gets his customers taken care of we sure appreciate him.
Broke down one night- gave these guys a call and they were very quick to come help out. Troubleshooted my issue a little and got me towed to our families property very quickly. Thanks for the help guys, we will be talking very soon if I can't figure out this problem I'm having hah!

Had a flat tire, pulled over on the side of the on-ramp to Hwy 63 and called my insurance provider's roadside service number. A few minutes later, I'm told 54 Towing would be responding. The response was fast. The man who responded was professional, polite, and efficient, and had my flat tire changed in no time. The gentleman was deaf, but we *easily* communicated with gestures and by typing short messages on our phones. All in all, this service couldn't have gone any better. VERY pleased. Five stars! Thank you, Chad!
The tech was great at communicating with me through the service. I was anticipating earlier service but he had an emergency. He let me know when he was in my town and got me to the place I needed to get my car repaired.
The driver was very polite, courteous and professional. The wait was longer than I wanted but the driver explained that he was a one man show. Sitting along the highway even a short wait would seem long. I would use 54 Towing if needed.
I accidentally locked my keys in my car...in the garage, uggh! The roads were bad because of the weather, but Chad was prompt to arrive. He was very nice and polite. He is very knowledgeable and has all the right tools. There is no damage to my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 54 TOWING & RECOVERY! Chad is the best!
Highly recommend if you're in the need of assistance. I was in quite the pickle this morning and Chad came through for me! I was so intrigued by his knowledge and ingenuity getting a full size, lifted, F-150 up on the truck with only 3 wheels. He did a wonderful job, and not sure it would've went as smoothly with anyone else.
I woke up to a flat tire on a Monday morning and was connected with Chad through Roadside Assistance. He was amazing! Very helpful and got the job done in a matter of minutes! I don’t know much about car repair myself, so having him was a huge help! Thank you, Chad!

What an amazing guy! Insurance sent out an auto tech to fix a dead battery. Tried for an hour to jump it and no luck. Insurance sent a tow to get to an auto parts, the tow driver (Chad most likely) got out, jumpstarts the car in possibly under 5 minutes. Cannot recommend enough.
