They were very nice and informative. Got my car back to me on same day as the appointment. The only thing is that my check engine light was on went I got it back so before I drove it out of the garage I told Justin about it. He told me that the system was down and was unable to reset the dash light. To come back later or tomorrow. Sucks to know I paid this money for my car to be fixed and there be a check engine light on the dash. But the car is driving ok. So hopefully they can reset the light Tuesday went I come back.

I've been working with Reed for about 2 weeks through texts. Trying to find the right vehicle to fit my needs. I didn't expect to find one that would work, but this dealership doesn't give up. One day I checked my messages to literally find the perfect vehicle and then asking when I can come pick it up. Couldn't have asked for more.

I wrecked my truck coming back from sturgis on August 10. I had my truck towed to reed service for a transmission which the housing on the transmission broke when ran over a sign. I thought no big deal I would have it towed to a dodge dealer. Well I thought it was going to be easy my insurance got with reed and got everything worked out we agreed to everything I was told my transmission would be put in on September 2 2025. transmission had been there for a week still no problem until appointment isn’t appointment anymore. So it didn’t get put in until the 9th. this makes it really hard to fly back up to get my truck and trailer with my bikes that have been up there for five weeks. The biggest problem was the lying about when it was going to get worked on and the lack that of communication. They wouldn’t return calls or put you on hold for more than 15 minutes. And this happened multiple times. this is unacceptable in any standards these days .

I have a 2018 Chevy pick up 1500 that I’m getting a new transmission put in at Randy Reid. And I wanted to trade it for a different truck. So I started looking out in the lot and I came across three trucks that I was really interested in. Keyshawn came out and introduced himself and help me we immediately test drove all three trucks. Then I came home and discussed it with my other half the first night then the next night I came back and he had another truck that we test drove. And my other half Medicare And he test drove the trucks. We fell in love with a 2019 Dodge ram. 3500 Laramie edition truck. And Keyshawn was so good to us helping us the whole way with this truck making up our minds which one we wanted he was patient with us and when we finally made up our mind, he was very quick with the paperwork and getting a detail And everything it needed. I recommend them to anybody and everybody he does an awesome job and Randy Reid is a great place to buy a vehicle.

Samuel was great to work with, laid back and easy going.. wasn't pushy at all like some other car salesmen. Financing took forever but that is expected, buying a car is not a fast experience. Overall a great place for all your car buying needs.

Check engine light had come on in our 2025 Santa Fe, and as we drove to Reed’s we vent out! Reed took the car in and ran analysis for over two days that hypothesized gasoline with greater than 10% Ethanol had been put in the car, which caused the cylinders to misfire. We were appreciative of Reed’s ability to immediately take our car on for service - other dealers offered dates that were more than a week out. We were a bit disappointed that we sat in the waiting area for more than 3 hours without any updates. We finally asked for an update and then decided to leave the car and head for home. No one updated us the subsequent days & we had to call for updates. The problem did resolve itself with the addition of fresh gas.

Service was okay. Your basic pushy salesman. Tires were pretty much bald when I bought it not knowing about it contact them for anything they can do about it and pretty much ghosted me on the matter and now wont take my calls. To me they messed up on a sale and dont want to take responsibility for it.

Keyshawn & I met out in the lot. He wasn’t coming to meet me so I went up to him to ask some questions I had. From then on he took great care of me & my questions & was a gentleman with everything that involved that day. Really was so patient with me. I ended up buying a truck finally a few hours later. I have a leased vehicle. I set up a regularly scheduled maintenance (oil change/tire rotation). They got us scheduled right away and I dropped it off an hour before the scheduled appointment. I left the vehicle with them as I had other appointments that afternoon. They did a fine job with the service, but I had to finally call them at 4:30 to see if it was completed because I never received a call/text. The representative told me they had turned off the text option on my customer info. They weren’t sure why this text option had been turned off and told me I had to wait until the next service appointment to change it in the system because they no longer had an open ticket to access that function.

We have always used Randy Reed to purchase our vehicles. After this last incident I REFUSE to use them. Our vehicle was totaled out on 6/18 early morning. After we cleared out our vehicle we went to the dealer ship to see about canceling our extended warranty. I had gotten the mileage off the vehicle so we can get the exact dollar amount returned to us. We were in my husband work car which is not the best of shape but is generally a work car and my husband was in his work clothes. (He is in Maintenance at a plant here in town so pretty dirty.) When we walked in the receptionist went to get Cameron in his office there was a sales guy in there I just instantly felt judged because that feeling someone is talking about you and they are looking and smiling rubbed me COMPLETELY wrong. Earlier that day I called and talked to Cameron (finance kid) when we went in he said I would need the total loss paper work before cancelling. I was irritated by it but my husband persuaded me to get it and come back even though I felt like we were being judged and he was very arrogant to talk to. A week later I get the total loss paper work. I called out their asking to speak with Cameron the Receptionist stated he was going into a meeting she would have him call me. I waited and waited no call back. When I tried calling they would not answer my phone calls. Cameron gave me his direct number and would not answer. So I had to load up my 2 children to go out there. When I walked in behind the receptionist desk was a office with a whole bunch of employees just immediately staring at me, making me feel super uncomfortable. I asked the receptionist if I could speak with a finance guy other then Cameron. She told me unfortunately he is the only one available. Cameron came out of that office where all the other employees were went to his to grab the paper for me to sign to cancel my extended warranty. He told me to sign and date and he will fill the rest out stating today date which was 6/24, I told him no you will need to prorate me. So he had me email him the total loss paper work stating he will complete the rest. (Again all these employees are starring at me which definitely made me feel like they were talking about me.) Once I signed he said have a good evening, I didn't respond and again said have a good evening and I still didn't respond. Then I left mortified, he never once explained how I was going to get reimbursed. My husband asked me how are we getting reimbursed and I told him he never told me. So I called back out there to see how the process works. Again no answer. My husband called right after I did and they answered. He said to speak with the Manager and we talked with the Manager at the Chevy store. She was super apologetic, sweet, and caring. She was asking if myself and my daughter were okay from the accident. She reached out to the Manager at the Jeep and Ram store and he instantly called me. I want to say his name was Brian. He was super nice, respectful, and apologetic. I explained everything to him. I told him I always use them on the last 3 vehicles but this situation led me to purchase in Platte city. The judgement I have felt here was mortifying. I hope Brian can work on better customer service for this facility. I pray and hope NO one has to deal with Mr. Cameron. I have never had a bad experience until now. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The managers them self are GREAT caring people just hope they can regulate their people. Not have a group of people piled in a office making it very awkward starring when you walk in or feel like your being judged.
