If it is normal to get progress reports while my car is at the dealership for an oil change, I did not get any. If it is not normal, then I have no complaints there. I remained in the dealership, waiting lobby during my cars service. After about an hour and 10 to an hour and 15 minutes, I looked out at where I had parked my car and noticed that it was parked in pretty much the exact same place. I parked it when I arrived.. Out of concern that it had not yet been pulled in to be worked on, I texted the number that I had received shortly after arrival. 35 minutes went by, And I got no response. (I will add That in the two hours I spent in that waiting room at least three people came in after me, and those three same people had someone come get them to let them know their vehicle was.) So, 35 minutes after sending my text inquiring About the progress of my vehicle‘s oil change, I went out to the counter To inquire in person. In an effort to be polite and not disrupt anyone in the middle of performing a task, I waited patiently at the Counter. Despite the fact that I was standing right in front of someone at the counter, I was not even acknowledged for three whole minutes. When I finally was acknowledged, it was not even by the person I was standing right in front of. I have been to this dealership many times to have the same task done and have had a wonderful experience each time. Today I left so pissed off. That I forgot to ask, at my daughter‘s request, for an extra REED Chocolate bar. I will add that I wasn’t even offered one to begin with. If they are no longer being handed out, that’s fine, but that’s still beside the point. Point being today’s experience was not a happy one.

They fixed my car like I asked. Unfortunately the communication was terrible. I called 5 separate times to get updates on my warranty and if it was covered. Only on the 5th call did I find out that it was covered. Only issue is they neglected to let me know that they only coveted part of it and that I still had to pay $200.00. Which isn’t a lot, but I would have liked to have that communicated to me when I called.
Great customer service makes all the difference when buying a new vehicle. For my purchase, Chez provided that service that allows me to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. The majority of my purchase was done remotely. Bottom line, find the Hyundai you want and give Chez a call.

Reed does a great job. They may be slightly higher than your shade tree mechanic, but the work will be done right. They’re the friendliest bunch of people you’ll meet. They were very nice and informative. Got my car back to me on same day as the appointment. The only thing is that my check engine light was on went I got it back so before I drove it out of the garage I told Justin about it. He told me that the system was down and was unable to reset the dash light. To come back later or tomorrow. Sucks to know I paid this money for my car to be fixed and there be a check engine light on the dash. But the car is driving ok. So hopefully they can reset the light Tuesday went I come back.

I have a 2018 Chevy pick up 1500 that I’m getting a new transmission put in at Randy Reid. And I wanted to trade it for a different truck. So I started looking out in the lot and I came across three trucks that I was really interested in. Keyshawn came out and introduced himself and help me we immediately test drove all three trucks. Then I came home and discussed it with my other half the first night then the next night I came back and he had another truck that we test drove. And my other half Medicare And he test drove the trucks. We fell in love with a 2019 Dodge ram. 3500 Laramie edition truck. And Keyshawn was so good to us helping us the whole way with this truck making up our minds which one we wanted he was patient with us and when we finally made up our mind, he was very quick with the paperwork and getting a detail And everything it needed. I recommend them to anybody and everybody he does an awesome job and Randy Reid is a great place to buy a vehicle.
