Honest, trustworthy, fast and reliable service! Before arriving here we had stopped at a different mechanic who had told us that we needed a new tire and referred us to this place. We had a blowout in our camper on the interstate on the first day of a 4 day trip! We were able to get a new full set in less than half an hour. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.
Took a car in for oil change and tire rotation. 4 days later we heard a grinding noise on front end, took it to a shop thinking it was a wheel bearing,they called back the next day said all of the lug nuts were loose on the front left wheel and two of them were almost off luckily we caught it before the wheel fell off.So I called Todd’s and told them what happened and the guy said sometimes that happens we torqued them to spec. How about check your cameras and make sure it didn’t get missed instead of assuming you’re perfect and don’t make mistakes I just called in to let them know they are putting peoples lives at risk so they could improve but the guy was really cocky and wasn’t taking any fault for it at all ,so I hung up. I’m not gonna waste my breath arguing with someone that thinks they don’t make mistakes obviously nothing is going to change with that attitude
I wanna thank Todd’s Tire for always taking care of me and my family. They always make it happen no matter what the situation is. From bent wheels to blow outs. Even mechanical work they have done for us. Brakes,ball joints and more. The gentleman at that establishment are top notch in my opinion. They have always satisfied our needs. Thank you TJ Todd and Nick. Oh and the wonderful lady at desk that always helps make it happen. You guys have a wonderful team there. Keep up the hard work.

6-17-25 My wife and I were traveling through in our travel trailer and needed some tire work for our camper. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, courteous, and professional! They got us in and out quickly as well 5/5 stars.
Great place to get your tires!! As a travel RN, I had a blow out and needed service - fast, to get me back in the road. Had a blow out in my camper. Call for an appointment and they said c'mon any time, we'll get you taken care of. They replaced all 4 tires on my camper with upgraded 8 ply, and it was done in less than 15 minutes!! Fast, friendly, LOCAL!!!!!!!!! 10/10, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
I have never been disappointed in the service we receive at Todd's. We've been happy customers for years. Updating 2/25/25 ... Todd replaced all 4 tires for the exact price he quoted. An upgrade over my last set, for less than I paid for my last set
I went in thinking it would be more expensive. Todd made some recommendations to save me money, rather than taking advantage of my ignorance. I would recommend Todd's to anyone in the area
I scheduled an inspection 2 weeks in advance, I get there and they tell me I never had one. I showed them the call reciepts and they said that I never scheduled one. Maybe people call them for 5 minutes for no reason a lot.
Highly recommend these guys. Had a small leak in my RV Tire that they were able to pinpoint and help me fix. Will stop there again if I ever need Tire Service when I'm in the area. Guys are really friendly too. Super fast service.
We found a nail in our tire and we were trying to leave town to get back home. They got us in quickly and had us on our way with our two kids in no time. We really appreciated that!

I blew a tire on my trailer 20 miles north of St Joseph & I called Todd & he had a truck out there within 20 minutes!! Friendly mechanic & also knew his stuff ,I was back on the road in just over 1 hr . Would recommend!!
We had a blowout on I-29 with our double axle dump trailer carrying our Case Loader. After roadside assistance failed us we called Todd's and spoke with TJ who was very helpful. He suggested we remove the blowout tire, strap the axel up and limp to their shop about 12 miles away. While my husband stayed on the side of the highway with the equipment we unloaded, I drove to their shop. They moved me to the front of the line and I was finished in about half an hour with four new trailer tires. The best customer service we've experienced in a long long time! Thank you TJ, Owner Todd and all the staff!!
We were on our way to a baseball game and had a tire blow out on the interstate. We stopped at Todd’s Tire with our spare. They didn’t have a new tire for my vehicle but sold me a good used tire and got us back on the road in a very short time! Very nice people!
This place is 6 out of 5 stars. Bought a camper in Omaha and a new tire blew out north of St Joe. Took the wheel in and they replaced it in no time. Then, when we were ready to hit the road again, drove to them so they could check my other 3 tires out. Looks like the dealer under inflated my tires, causing them to heat up.
Beyond friendly. Prices are more than fair. Fast work. Honest people.
Customer Service is 10/10 in my opinion. Has always been friendly and helpful. They do a great job communicating, staying in touch and giving you updates/explaining what needs to be done. Service has been done in a timely manner, quick turnaround time for the services we have had done.
I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt over the last couple years. I have heard good things. But never once myself had a good experience of the 5 or 6 times I've been here for many different services. Never good customer service, wrong diagnosis, grimey overcharging, and incorrect fixes all the things I have dealt with. Not only would I not recommended this company for anything including tires. But I would actually recommend against it. If you want to go here just to get tires installed maybe you'll have a good experience, but I would be cautious. There's many way better auto technician and tire techs in the city. Not worth the drive for the service
Stopped in on my way from Whiteman Air Force Base up to offutt Air Force Base and was having some tire trouble I called around and spoke with one of Todd's associates they told me they could get me in. showed up got two brand new tires installed and on my way super fast great prices I really appreciate Todd and his staff taking care of me. Great staff super friendly can't say enough. thanks guys for all your hard work.. I will be stopping on my way back through in a couple days to get the other two tires installed.
Fantastic locally owned Saint Joseph Business! Friendly, fast and on point. I take all my tire needs to them. This last time I scuffed a rim and tore a chunk out of a side wall. Called them at 3pm and they had new tires waiting for me the next morning boom in and out. Beyond that they were able to save my old rim and I can’t even tell which one it was. Big money saver right there. I have nothing but confidence sending friends and family there. Can’t say enough good things about them!
A friend told me that this is one place that he doesnt even get quotes from any other shop and I feel the same way. I just had some tires put on my old truck and dealt with Tyler. He did an awesome job! Todds has great deals and the service is second to none. Its the way business should be ran. I can always expect a great experience when I go there and its really nice to be able to invest in local business. Ill be a lifelong Todds customer.
Got oversized tires for my jeep. They seemed very knowledgeable in the tires I asked about (Nitto Ridge Grapplers). Good communication and didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions or give me a copy of the alignment sheet when services were done. Alignment was probably one of the best alignments I have gotten from a shop in a very long time.
I dont recommend shops very often but my experience so far has been excellent and I would recommend.
Todd's tire is top notch. I dealt with TJ on some wheels and tires for my truck going back and forth with him for about a month trying to figure out what I wanted. They were great to work with, provided excellent service, pricing was more than fair, and TJ personally help shave some of the areas my tires were rubbing to make sure it left his shop the way he wanted it to leave. Excellent, excellent experience. Worth the quick drive for me from the north side of Kansas City, and I'd do it again the next time I need tires.
We had just started on our way back to Colorado when we noticed the car was handling poorly. We discovered a very low tire and found Todd's Tire Service nearby. They were able to get us in & out very quickly and at minimal cost. Friendly staff, and Casper the dog was good too. Thanks for getting us on the road quickly and safely!
