Joe was the nicest guy. He was very good about keeping me informed of his location as I waited with 5 kids on the side of the highway. When he arrived he was efficient and kind. His truck was clean and spacious for all of us. He arrived about 20 minutes faster than expected and was super kind and a good conversationalist.

Collision Repair Towing came out to Potter, KS to help me with my car that had stalled and towed it into Kansas City. Driver was on-time, came to help me beyond normal working hours, and was very professional in helping me get the car to my local mechanic.
The towing fee was mutually agreed to upfront, and was reasonable for the car being in "the middle of nowhere."
I would definately use their towing service again.

I just want to send a big “Thank you!” to Chris with Collision Specialist Tow. I was visiting the Glore Museum in St Joseph when my car got a flat tire. I called AAA and they initially said it would be 40 minutes before someone would be able to get to me. But Chris called me almost immediately and was there within 10 minutes! He was able to take off the tire and discovered a huge nail in the middle of the tread (repairable, not requiring replacement). He gave me a recommendation for a tire repair shop, and, after discussing the options with me, put my spare tire on rather than trying to air up the damaged tire. I was able to get to the tire shop (Firestone, who took good care of me) without difficulty. MANY thanks to Chris for contacting me so quickly, arriving so quickly, and getting my defective tire off and my spare tire on so quickly! Thanks to him, my visit to the Glore Museum was a pleasant experience, rather than a stressful one. I appreciate that!
After an accident they arrived very quickly to tow my car on a Friday night. Joe did a great job cleaning up the glass and plastic and chatted with me as we waited for the police (I was still shaky from the accident). They also let me in first thing in the morning to clean out my car. The clerks inside were incredibly nice. They stored and towed the car to the garage for an estimate. They were great from start to finish.
My car was towed with expediant and friendly service early today (Sunday morning). On top of that, the tower was not even on call and had plans, and still agreed to pick up my car. I did not get his name but am grateful for his service!
Worst service I have ever experienced! Unfortunately this was the tow service that responded from my insurance tow claim. I contacted them to advise of damage to my car during the tow in which was told they had time stamped pictures they could show me. When I asked for the pictures, conveniently they had already deleted them. Karen's story didnt add up from the story she told me in the beginning regarding time stamped pics to the final story. The owner got involved and was just as useless. After providing pics from the dealership showing the damage how the car came in to them they still would not take responsibility. They didnt even offer to help at all. Reputation is everything especially in a small town and good customer service is key and they failed miserably.
