We had such a great experience with Harley from All City Tow! The car got stuck in reverse, and we thought we’d just get towed. But Harley showed up super fast and was so kind throughout the whole stressful process. He took a look at the car, figured out the problem right away it was a simple fix that didn’t require a tow and helped us shift it into drive so we could get home! Harley and the All City Tow team were professional, really knew their stuff, and made a tough situation way easier. We’re so thankful for their quick thinking and honest help. Definitely recommend Harley and All City Tow!

Grade A service every time I've needed them! Great crew that is always very helpful when your car, truck, van, semi, bus, boat etc is stuck, broke down, wrecked or sunk.
Dont trust these guys, tow truck driver stole my keys while leaving a whole different sent of keys in my car. Instead of questioning their driver. They just kept saying we cant tell you a thing he says otherwise.

Not only was I treated with disrespect when I called about the vehicle when I went to pick up the vehicle I couldn't get it because there was a hold put on it which is fine with that being said in order for anybody to get in my vehicle they would have to have a search warrant that is the law I spoke with the law on that even told me that and whoever Kelly is even told me that nobody could get in that car but when I do go to pick it up it's already been searched so my personal opinion is all city is crooked as the contract they have with the city they didn't find anything illegal because I don't do anything illegal but I feel like that you invaded my privacy

Horrible horrible attitude, I understand a business has policies that all customers have to follow, however, it does not justify them being extremely rude and aggressive to customers. They have an OBLIGATION to explain their process and they did not even cared to do so and they just assumed we were doing something wrong.
We have called different tow companies to ask if what they were doing was right and they specifically told us that they were not doing their part to help solve the problem. They make the retrieval of a vehicle an impossible task even after showing all documentation, they made a difficult situation an impossible one. Shame on them.
