I would not recommend this shop. Both myself and others had to bring our vehicles back multiple times to get the work that was supposed to be done initially. Even after the last visit, I’m not confident the repairs were done correctly, but I ended up having to just deal with it.
My daughter bought a car from these guys less 2 weeks ago and when she brought it home the very next day she noticed a small leak under the engine . After she purchased the car and signed the papers they informed her that they had put a transmission in that car recently. She thought it might be transmission fluid seeing as they told her they had just replaced it. She called them to let them know that there was a leak and she was concerned . She was immediately told that whatever is wrong with the car is not covered she's already signed the papers yada yada ,but they would take a look at it if she would bring it in.so she told him that she would bring the car in the first part of this week ,which she did .we took the car back on Tuesday and had them look at it .we were there about an hour when they came out and told us that it was the rack and pinion and the fluid that was leaking was power steering fluid and then gave us an estimate of aprox 1300$ for them to fix .I asked them why they would sell her a car that needed that kind of repair without telling her? Not to mention that if it were totally go out she has two little babies in the car very dangerous!!! What really sucks is that my daughter being a single mom basically doing the best she can saved waited to buy this car but ,worse she needed this car to drive from Falls City Nebraska where she lives to Lincoln Nebraska to spend time with her dad who is dying of cancer.disgusting who does this .
Midwest Tow and Auto have been great to work with. I have used them several times over the last year. They always have great communication and have a quick turnaround time. I have had my tires replaced with them on my car. They provided a tow on my truck when the gear shifter went out. When my transmission went out, they were able to replace it and get it running again. I will always be calling them for my needs.
These guys are so easy to work with. Got us in and fixed within a day and the price was soo reasonable!! If you’re looking for a good shop I’d recommend these guys over and over!!!
Went in to have new ball joints put on my vehicle, talked me through the process and got me the bet pricing available, great work in a VERY reasonable time frame, 10/10!!
Midwest tow and auto treated me great. Saved me money from the dealerships where I had problems with my car and they were on time when they said it was gonna be done, it was done.
