  Never use this crooked!! He towed our truck to his place. He said that he needed my husband to sign the title so he wouldn’t get into trouble with the city. My husband signed it and Walter kept the truck after promising to pay us for it. He did give us $ 125.00 and never got the rest of the money. He is a liar and takes advantage of people.
