Had not been to the "All Battery Center" yet, great ideas guys & quite the convenient spot.
Had to have a new battery their battery only lasted 2 years. The put another new one in. Cost me $120 and some change. Then on top of that my clocks time was off so I tried setting it and it will not set the time. Never again will I buy or recommend Interstate Battery.
Not knowing what to do with my phone that I had thought was damaged, was so thankful to discover they repair cell phones! I was so appreciative of the very knowledgeable staff's expedient and expert service. We plan to return to purchase our car battery when needed! This is a wonderful service to provide and I thank you more than I can express!
I wanted to comment on the great service that I received today. The salesman Jacob Fisher was very courteous and knowledgeable, I didn't get the name of the warehouse person, but ithe battery was loaded in my truck for me! Great place, will not go anywhere but here for all my battery needs! Thanks!
I get paid every Friday and so I asked if I could drop my phones off and come back when I get paid, all they had to say was yes you can. Honestly it would be such a Hassel if I had to bring them down there every time I got paid, instead I can just drop my phone off and it'll be good as new when I come in pay and pick it up, I have 4 phones, I paid for my s10 to be fixed and I got it back in record timing, said an hour and it only took 40 some minutes. What's got me hooked is when I asked about my other phones they said they'd replace the back glass and front LCD and glass all in one for the same price as the LCD replacement, so it's cheaper than most companies and for my s7 edge the said around 260$ for back glass and LCD and Battery replacements when the other places where asking for 370$+, and my moto g stylus 2020 would be around 160$-170$ and my note 10 would be around 260$ for front glass and back glass I should've asked about camera repairs for it aswell but they include back glass in repairs if you come in for both front and back honestly amazing job. Record timing, affordable, and polite customer service best in Saint Joseph. My respect towards this company.
These guys saved my SALT WATER damage phone! Free diagnostic and quick service once I gave them the go-ahead to do the repair. Only wish I had gone there first instead of buying a replacement phone (the repair was cheaper than the cheapest phone I could buy). They saved years worth of photos and videos for me!
Called earlier today while at work to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix my screen. They were prompt and straight to the point and even held back a screen for me. As soon as I got off work I dropped off my phone and had it back by the end of the day. The first place I called wanted to charge over $300. When I went to pay and pick up my phone they said that my front camera had stopped working and that they ordered the new part for it and will replace it free of cost due to it being a problem during the installation. Highly recommend them! They even said they would contact me when the new part came in and to bring it back in as soon as it does to get it fixed. Went back to get the front camera fixed and he have even replaced the glass screen with a pink one to match since they didn't originally have that piece. So now my phone is all matching and you can't even tell the difference !
I don’t recommend this store. They refuse to listen when you have an issue and refuse to warranty when it’s in time. They treat you like an idiot and tell you that a light must have been on. Was given a loaner battery which worked perfect and when I put my battery back in AFTER they swore it is good have the same issue. My battery has an internal short and is not a normal bad battery issue. It obviously is over their head to understand or listen to the issue.
Great communication and great service. They are upfront and let you know what is going on and what will make things right. They fixed a tablet for me and are waiting for a part to fix another one.
This was my first experience with Interstate and honestly, I'll never go anywhere else again. Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They also installed the battery for us, which I did not expect. The prices were also lower than everywhere else I called. Don't waste your time going to an auto parts store. Interstate is hands down the best.
I went there for a cell phone issue today. It was refreshing how they shot the diagnosis to me straight. They didn't pull any shenanigans which I feel some places in the same situation would have. Super knowledgeable staff. I went there today because of the good experience I had the first time I went there. I'd also like to say if you have a need for a flashlight this is the place to go. They've got good quality, and priced work lights, headlamps, and lights you can carry in your pocket. Lights for all your needs. I cxant leave without buying one. I'm confident I'll be back there again and just as satisfied with my experience in the future.
This little store is a gold mine!!! Everyone of the workers in there are wonderful, and the store has the best atmosphere. they fixed my daughters Samsung tablet after the warranty department at Best Buy could not fix it. My daughter kept a hold of it because she would not take money for her tablet she loved it even though it was not working we kept it another three years and these guys fixed it. I can't sing the Praises of these guys enough they also fix the glass on an old Samsung S8 phone. Fantastic workmanship.
Staff was very helpful, but a word to the wise the woman ahead of me didn't know the number that the staff employee asked for but she knew what it looked like. There are a lot of different batteries, please don't throw your old one away or save the package it came in.
They're a little bit more expensive than Amazon but usually when you need a replacement battery it's for a specific reason for specifically right then! So not having to wait an extra day or two big made it worth it.
Excellent service! My screen was cracked and my speaker had water damage. I came back a half hour later and everything was fixed! Great customer service and great prices! Will be doing more business in the future.
I choose to do business with Interstate Battery Center because they know exactly what I need, they are so knowledgeable about batteries! I took a battery in there recently without any markings other than the specifics of the battery and the technician knew right away what I needed in order to replace it! Those guys know their stuff so if you need a battery, this is the place to get one!
Has reasonably priced batteries. Sometimes Has blemish batteries cheaper. A little higher than Walmart, but won't buy anymore Walmart batteries. Last one failed after 3 months, and would not warranty it.
Wow. Terrific customer service. I brought my compact tractor battery in and even though it was not labeled the gentleman knew exactly what battery it was and what replacement it needed. I am doing all my battery shopping here from now on.
So far so good, I have had 3 tool batteries rebuilt and now a Samsung S6. $59.00 plus tax.
I have dealt with them for years for my job and personal. I'll stick with them.
Interstate Battery fixes cell phone screens-- I had no idea! My cell phone flew off the top of the car on the highway and the screen was totally shot. The screen was backordered everywhere I checked, but Interstate Battery was able to completely repair my phone in 2 days, and for about 1/10th the cost and none of the headache of a new phone. Everyone in the store was very professional-- patiently answered all my questions and then fixed my phone ahead of the estimated date. Thank you so much!!!
Always friendly staff ready to go the extra mile. Have bought car, phone, and other misc parts from them over the years. If one person doesn't know the answer there they do a great job asking another staff member.
The guys working this shop could restore the faith back into customer service. Had an issue with a unique small battery of theirs and instead of getting the " I don't know" answer I was told that they are contacting the distribution center to get me answer. You have got a customer for life!
