Great experience all around! The lady who answered the phone was quite pleasant and helpful. Truck arrived very quickly. Aarron G (driver) was fantastic and an absolute professional. Drove my broken down truck back to my residence and parked it exactly where I needed it. Couldn't ask for more! I would HIGHLY recommend Doug Perry Towing if you're in a bind. Rare to find a decent tow company nowadays. Good to know that they're still out there.

This is my 4th or 5th time using DPT to tow my car, front axle, I swear Columbia's potholes..the first time using them, they trusted me to get my card and then pay, that was awesome, my baby and I had to get to safety, second and third time great service, today they were the first people I knew to call to take care of me, I truly appreciate these guys, and they have the best rates here in Columbia. Thank you DPT....

I just called from Joplin to see if they could send someone to help my little sister in Columbia. Her phone was dying, she called multiple people for help and no one wanted to help. One tow company wanted her to pay before services, even after she told them her wallet was locked in her car. Doug Perry towing answered, was so helpful and sent someone to her right away! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you so much for helping my little sister and getting her back on the road! You all are appreciated!

Craig was amazing. We struggled getting lug nuts loose and he took care of it so quickly & aired the tire so we can get it replaced. Highly recommend great job!

Mike was extremely helpful when my car broke down while visiting a friend at mizzou. He was extremely reasonable and flexible with my needs. As a younger person that doesn’t know much about cars, it’s extremely refreshing to have someone not only do what you ask but also help try and find a solution to your problem. Aaron came out to get my car and he was quick and super efficient. He handled my car carefully and got the job done quickly which I was very appreciative of because it was cold out! Couldn't be happier with my experience except, maybe, not needing a tow at all!

Caught a flat tire today, they were on the scene quick and easy. Maui, the technician that helped me, was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed, troubleshooted, and fixed the problem while maintaining amazing customer service. He is truly a gem !!!

For starters these guys and gals are top notch humans as well as technicians. In my travels back home I broke down in a town I was unfamiliar with and called the only number that would answer. From speaking to Mr. Louis, to meeting Maui and the willingness to help from the owner Mr. Tyler himself, I have never met a group of people that have hearts of gold like this team. You guys are absolutely amazing and from start to finish yall have taken care of me and it felt like family helping family. Ryan took it to the next level! He helped us strategize on moving the car out of the garage when the steering linkage was disconnected, then slid it into the other garage out of the snow so we didn’t slip on the ice! Extremely good service in a world where service is getting more expensive and less reliable! Thanks Ryan, you made our move a whole lot more enjoyable!

My daughter is a student at Mizzou and had car trouble. I live out of state so couldn't help her. Called them because of the good reviews. They came to her and the issue was resolved. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

What an amazing driving Mike was. He was able to get my PT Cruiser picked up. Moved and places in my drive. All while tires flat and no keys. Picked up and dropped off in the same condition he got it. Helped unlock the doors so we could get the alarm system off. Very very respectful man and one hell of a driver.

From start to finish I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the speed at which they responded and the well maintained equipment they dispatched. The office staffer was friendly and efficient. The tow truck showed up within the 15-20 minute estimated time window. The driver was friendly, well trained, efficient and quickly had my car headed to the auto shop.

I needed a flat changed so I requested roadside service through my insurance. Doug Perry Towing was dispatched with an original estimate of 30 to 60 minutes. I then received a call from Ashley saying she would get the next available driver out to help me. Kaiser arrived around 10 minutes later and in a flash had my tire changed. He was very polite, professional and friendly. I am so happy DPT contracts through my insurance. Highly recommended for any type of roadside assistance.

Ryan from Doug Perry Towing is the Best! He got to the site very quickly and was super nice. It was a dark, cold and windy night. He looked at the job at several different angles so as to do the least damage to my car when pulling it out. Not an easy task but he did a superb job! Ryan went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated it!

This is the greatest experience I have ever had with a towing company. We had to get towed twice off of I-70 and then again the following day to a shop. All the receptionists were extremely kind and helpful when we called. Both tow drivers were also extremely nice and did everything they could to help us out as cheap as possible!

My old pickup laid down on me in Columbia, Mo. about 6:00 on a Friday evening. AAA sent Doug Perry Towing to save the day. Got to me relatively quick. Delivered me and my old truck 48 miles safe and sound. Thank you Aarron G.! Job well done!

Maui, the tow truck driver, came out to Columbia past midnight to help me when my battery died for good. He wentt the extra mile. Just as we started moving forward once my car was hooked up, he noticed the emergency break was on and quickly took care of the problem. He also offered excellent advice. He's really a professional.

These people are amazing to work with! The guy that came out and towed my vehicle after I totaled it was so nice and understanding. I couldn’t get my sunroof to close when he came and picked it up and he took the time to make sure he got it closed for me. The lady’s in the office were amazing and so sweet to talk to! Doug Perry is my number one phone call! Thank you all so very much for your time and patience with me! I’m so grateful for all of you!

Accidentally locked my keys in the car overnight. Was able to use my roadside assist. through Uber. DPT called right away and Mike was here within 10-15mins to get me unlocked. Super fast and friendly. Thanks again!!

There isn’t enough praise I can give to engulf how wonderful my experience was with Maui! My old yet new to me truck broke down on a hot day. I made it to a gas station hoping maybe that was the problem yet after filling up I still couldn’t get it to stay running. Maui showed up and checked the battery and alternator. We got it started only for it to keep dying acting like it’s out of gas. Probably a clogged filter or injector issue. Anyway, I have a service animal and Maui was sincerely caring about my health condition. He really helped me feel comfortable and calm! We had great conversation on the ride to my home. And of course he got me, my dog and my truck home safely! Plus, the pricing was extremely reasonable. Also, Chris, the dispatcher, gave me great service with patience and serenity. What a wonderful business!

Aaron was phenomenal. He arrived extremely quickly and had high spirits that helped bring up my own mood. He loaded my car delicately and got it exactly where I needed it to go!

Had a “tire malfunction” driving through Columbia late last night, but had the good fortune to use DPT Towing and the driver, Maui. As I was thinking of using a can of Tire-Flat, Maui showed up and quickly inspected my wheel and tire. It had a major issue on the inside wall of the tire. Tire-Flat doesn’t work for that. Drove my family to a nearby hotel, and dropped my car off at the dealer (my choice) for a new tire this morning. Fast, clean, state of the art truck. Maui was the best tow guy that I have ever had. My passenger rear tire popped yesterday. So I put a spare on. To get me to work this morning, and to drop my car off to get a tire replaced. On my way to work this morning. My spare popped just as I was passing over the Roche Port bridge. I contacted DPT Towing. Eddie aka Fast Eddie. Was sent to pick me up. I called around 7am and by 734. My car was being loaded onto one of their flatbeds. They were very professional, and I can see why Eddie. Had the nickname , "Fast Eddie". He was very prompt, and made sure to get myself, and my car off of Interstate I-70 as quickly as possible. I will refer them to anyone who asks about a good towing company/service!!!
