Called three times they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes drove down to the store I get there. No one‘s even there except for some employees inside their website says the parts in stock they tell me they have to order it so they’ve wasted my time for over an hour today you might as well order from Amazon and get two day delivery and call it good
I inquired about a key fob but they "didn't have the tool" to program them. The instructions are in the menu on the dash info!! But, I would not pay their 109.00 for a key fob.... I got 2 for 15.00... elsewhere. They are usually great, but this experience was horrid!!
What a pleasure!!! So thankful to have them in our area!!!! Got new wiper blades for the rear of my SUV and I didn't even have to cuss to put them on!!! They put it on!!!
Today (Sunday) the battery in the van I use to transport my father, who is wheel chair bound, would not hold a charge for longer than a few hours. I am supposed to leave at around 530 AM tomorrow to take my Dad to KC for surgery. O'Reilly's not only installed my new battery for me, but also ran a check on the alternator to make sure it was running properly, and on the new battery once it was installed. I could not be more thankful and grateful. They did an amazing job.
Vehicles alternator died and killed the battery getting it to the parts store. Less than an hour later I was back on the road . Thank God for good folks like Tim and Bryson, they went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend if you are in the area and need anything.

My car was acting up, and the mechanic's computer said it was a loose gas cap. I called O'Rielly's of Warsaw, Mo. & spoke with Jordan - he said he had one, and I went & got it plus headlight bulbs, which Jordan was happy to put on for me.

Jordan really helped us out! Replaced the windshield wipers, all of them super fast and went above and beyond by changing out the turn signals lights! Really appreciated the fast service and willingness to go the distance! Great customer service!

The young kid in there today April 1st 2023. Bryson he was super helpful, polite and informative. Its usually a nightmare when I go in the because of the season employees like to treat women like they are dumb and talk down to them. They need more like the kid that helped me today

On 8/19/22 headed So to Branson, a rock imploded the rear pass. window on my car. O'Reilly's taped it up with cardboard & got us on our way. Thanks Vincent, you're the best.

Used to love going to O'Reilly's to get parts if I had to rate this one from one to five I would rate it -2. can't understand anyone with chew in their mouth they don't seem to care and to be there at their job
Always go to O'Reilly. They have the parts in stocks and if they don't than they will have it the next day. They also price match. I usually call Auto Zone first and if the price is cheaper I just let O'Reilly know the price and they match it.
Traveling through Missouri the staff at o'reillys was above and beyond and helping us get the repairs done on my trailer so I could continue my journey what an awesome awsome group of guys to work with I would recommend them to anyone
I wouldn't get my auto parts anywhere else! Always fair and knowledgeable. You can get some things cheaper on Rock Auto, but you are giving up a lot of service when you do that.
Ron Ward went above and beyond to help me out. I broke down on the side of the road with my boat. He told me if I could not get the part on he would come out and help me. I came in there 30 mins before closing time to get the part, went back to my boat and could not get the part on. Called 5mins before closing time and Ron said he would be right there. He showed up saw he needed other tools and ran to his house to grab them and came back. He then put the part on for me. He made a lifetime customer out of me and i really appreciate him going above to help me out, one of the nicest things anyone has done for me. You have a one of a kind employee! I can't tell you how much I appreciate what Ron has done for me! Thanks Again.
