Great experience with their towing services. Good communication. Looked at our van and didn’t do anything without checking with us first. They even stayed late so we could stay in the air conditioned office while waiting for our rental. Very reasonable rates, would call again.
AAA said over an hour to get a jump for the battery, but Philip from Twin Lakes got there in under 5min! Then followed him back to his shop, where he installed a new battery for me!
SUPER great service AND super fast
Truck broke down while camping at the MO state park. After trying everything I could think of to get it running I finally had to get it towed. I honestly was very hesitant to call twin lakes because of some of the negative reviews but they were the closest and they had a garage so I took my chances and was very happy I did. They came out on Labor day and towed it to their garage. The next day they looked at it and found the problem was just a blown fuse. They could've easily said it was literally anything else but they were honest and only charged me for the tow and about an hour's worth of service. They definitely do not deserve all the negative comments from what I experienced. I would recommend them to anyone.
Called cause I had questions on rates. Called back a 2nd time to verify and spoke with the same guy. He was polite, courteous and professional both times. Called back the next weekend to have the tow taken care of, again professionally, kind, friendly. Sent out the driver when he arrived he personable and got the tow done timely & efficient thank you guys. I know who to call when in the Warsaw area!
I can't say enough about this company!! They are quick to respond, knew what to do when my truck wouldn't start. They were polite, and professional! If you need your vehicle towed call Precision!! I'd even trust them with my precious Mustang. I'd give them 100 stars if I could!

Precision got to him fast! Picked him & his truck up and dropped them off at the farm & even put the truck where he wanted it. He went over and above!!! Asking if need needed a ride to his house!!

Randy came from Warsaw to Iberia in order to take my car to a Columbia dealership. His cheerful disposition made a bad day better and I so appreciated him calling me to let me know that it had been delivered safe and sound.
These guys are great, were all very nice and even attempted to try and help get my vehicle started to try and avoid tow fee before leaving. Compassionate people that really care. Great service!
Ryan was awesome. Needed our truck and popup camper towed to KC. He was extremely professional, took great care on both vehicles and got us where we needed to be safely and in good time. 10/10, would highly recommend!
My boyfriend and I called precision to tow our motorcycles because we were moving a few hours away and the temp dropped too much to finish the 45 min left. The employee took an extremely long time loading our bikes on the bed so we waited inside the truck. He dropped my bike on the bed and it fell on a metal piece he had brought with. He thought we didn’t see it happen and didn’t bring it up at all during the drive. We were prepared to inspect the damage and mention it to him but he charged me and said nothing. Then, as he unloaded it, he dropped it again. Because it happened in front of my boyfriend, the employee couldn’t hide the second time. Throughout handling the situation with the owner, this company is completely unprofessional and doesn’t care about its customers—only money. He didn’t want to go through insurance but refused to offer any decent amount for damage, claiming that I would get scratches and dents from riding it anyway (my bike isn’t even a year old). I shouldn’t have to “live with the scratches” if I didn’t cause them! The damage was $4400-5200 and he only wanted to give me $1,000–barely enough to cover the fuel tank. He told me that if he paid me even just $3500 he would take my bike and sell it. He called me late at night but during business hours refused to answer his phone, instead texting me to call the office or talk to the employee. You’d think the OWNER of the business would want to handle matters. When it was time for them to take it to the shop an hour away, the employee who dropped it was supposed to pick it up at 9am but texted right before and claimed he had calls all morning and couldn’t get it until 12. When we told him we needed to get it out of a family member’s garage and it would rain, he magically had time to pick it up. These people are completely unprofessional and dishonest. I finally went through their insurance to get it taken care of, but the bike is totaled and I’ll need to buy it back to keep it and deal with a lot of the damage. They also broke the light on my boyfriend’s bike when strapping it down but we didn’t even bother bringing it up because they don’t care. Would not recommend!

Towed 3 cars! signs say we gladly accept cards but only accept cash! Super rude bump up prices like crazy 300 for 1 car just unprofessional and just don’t care just try to get your money
Only took 5 minutes to respond for key lock out. Phillip didn't take down AAA info said would take longer to fill out paperwork than do unlock. When he opened vehicle he then asked for 35.00 cash...and wash irritated when reminded him was AAA! SO HAD TO CALL BACK AAA ... therefore ended up taking longer.
We were passing thru town when we got a flat tire. We could not get the lugnuts off. We called they were right out changed my tire for me.. kids were happy to get back on the road. Nice guy. Fast service. Well worth $45. Thank you !!!
I don’t have the pictures because I was agitated when I did it, but these guys towed my moms car, to their lot, which was further than she told them to, they were supposed to tow it to her house right down the road, instead they took it to their lot so they could charge her more for the fee, and to store it on the lot.
Then to top it all off whenever they towed it it seems like they yanked it out pretty hard, because I had to replace the metal dust cover on the back brakes and the exhaust hangar was damaged.
I think it’s sad when a company takes advantage of people whom don’t know any better and then charge them almost $400 for: damaging their vehicle, over charging them when they don’t have any other options, and taking the vehicle to the wrong place so they can charge more.
You guys are doing wonderful for yourselves. But I’d suggest the next time you try to stick it to an lady that’s desperate for help you should do it to your own mom and see how well you like that.
I had a flat tire last week and they came by puck me up and they said they have a brand new tire waiting. Well I was there for a little while they change the tire and everything was great now the a problem with with my company's van and I took it to another shop, they told me that it is a used tire that just user me and my boss now I feel stupid about the whole thing
