Driver was VERY professional and a great man. Even with that, dont call this company unless you’re filthy rich. Insane prices. Cost $170 just to hook up a little single cab Nissan truck and another $30 for a 10 mile tow. Didn’t mention the prices at all before hand, guess I didn’t ask either but still that’s outrageous. Most hook ups are 75-100 dollars max. Will never call again. Will walk next time.

My family & I broke down coming home from Memphis the other day...in the middle of nothing. We called Cow Creek towing, after 2 other companies told us they didnt feel like coming to get us. From the second they answered the phone they made our bad experience as good as it could be. Josh was our tow truck guy & he was amazing...very friendly & accomodating. If I ever need a tow again, Ill call Cow Creek Towing & ask for Josh!
Very fast, great service. Took extra car with car. Good deal for towing vehicle around 30 miles to dealership. Takes card, check or cash. Will use again if needed for sure.

They great when it comes to needing a tow but it's a little bit on the expensive side. So if ur needing a help with getting ur vechile towed pulled out of a ditch or whatever the case may be there are quick to get to you and help out but just know it's more then likely not gonna be under $100 even if it's just 5 the next red light over or 10 mins down the road
This place is nothing but crooks. Absolutely high way robbery on prices. I would recommend you calling every tow service in the area before you call this one!
I have used them twice when I locked my keys in my car and my husband has as well. Both times they were there within minutes and always professional and courteous. I will use them any time I need any towing services.

I am not from here just passing thru and i had a blow out on the Interstate. They were very understanding and it was myself my daughter and two of my grandchildren. They sent someone to get us right away, very friendly. And towed the car to the tire shop. Very reasonably priced and I will forever be greatful and I hope they know how very much I appreciate it. We broke down on the side of Hwy 22 and the highway patrol came to help and called Monkey with Cow Creek Towing. He got to us very quickly and brought some good gas and then followed us to the gas station to make sure we were good and the gas fixed our issue. Monkey was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Cow Creek Towing if you ever need a tow or roadside service!
This place is wonderful! It’s the employees that makes it so great. They came out at 9pm to tow two cars that was stuck. They did all of this in freezing temperatures and snow. I am forever grateful and I thank God for such wonderful people.

I had Cow Creek haul a very large toolbox and a project car for me. The driver, "Grease Monkey", was very polite, professional and took the time to take good care of my stuff. I highly recommend them.
My husband and I were on our way to Florida towing a trailer. The trailer had a short in the lights. Michael work very hard to get us moving again. He was kind and helpful. We recommend them to anyone in the area.

I needed a tow from a gas station during a busy time, mid-day. I called Cow Creek, and in less than 10 minutes, he was there. Despite being in a compact location and my front wheels locked, Matt (the owner) had me home in no time and with a 100% professional and friendly attitude, even as I nervously talked his ear off. I totaled my car by rear-ending someone at the intersection of Martin Luther King Drive and East Oxford Street. That is, it was sitting in the middle of the street and wasn't drivable. The police arrived four minutes later and called Cow Creek Towing for me. They got there, loaded up my car, and cleaned the street of debris in under ten minutes total.
About an hour and a half later (this was sometime after 7:00 PM on a Friday), I was able to go by their building. Several employees were leaving to deal with another wreck, but the owner Matt Bollinger stuck around to help me. He was very personable and took time to let me retrieve the rest of my belongings from my car. Afterword, since my car wasn't worth fixing, I agreed to turn over the title in lieu of payment after the weekend. I'm writing this the following Monday, just after doing so.
All around, it was great, professional service.
Please don"t try to get any service from this dud they will hostage your truck make you to pay what ever they ask. In my case we agree to get pulled out from the mud not towing for $300 they make me to pay $975.We call the police unfortunately they are on there side they are not standing for the law. They are protecting the local business not enforcing the law, even though they clearly see this people are robbing people.
