Highly recommend. I slid off the road into a muddy ditch. They answered right away and got to me within 15 mins. My car died and my tires were full of rocks. The guy jumped my battery and cleared the rocks out for me. I truly appreciate it! Great customer service.
Outstanding Service. On solid ice I was in the ditch. I called other wrecker services that wouldn’t come get it because it was REALLY bad out. One call to Johnson’s and without hesitation they came and delivered my car rite to my front door. These guys are great!
These guys are ROCK STARS! Both of my vehicles were stuck in the snow/ice after contacting multiple tow companies they were they only ones who would attempt to travel off the main highways. They were polite, very reasonably priced, and got to my location in a timely manner.
I called for help after I got my tractor stuck.
I sent them a couple of pictures to discuss how to best approach the retrieval.

This business is the best around. I have a small fleet of bucket trucks working in the area. They are always right on time and helpful. I have used them so far three times and it’s been a pleasure.

Ok here I go with a long story, but so worth it. Will and I were on our way back from Oxford last night, we were about 11 miles from Grenada when I noticed my tire pressure going low. At this point my best option was to see if I could make it to exit 211 before north grenada exit. We did, pulled in to store right at air tank. Air went out as fast as I pumped. Decided I needed to put on spare. Guess what my jack had disappeared. I look uup and saw Grenada county sheriff truck. The lady driving was no help just told me to call roadside assistance, I have no roadside assistance, so I called my husband. It would take him 45 minutes to an hour so we just sat to wait. All at once this roll back tow truck pulled up by me and I thought weird I didn't call anyone. He just walked by then took a double take and ask if he could help. Sure, but I haved someone coming. He said you and that baby need to get on road it's late. He had it changed in no time. I asked to pay him and so did Will, but he refused. He said he hoped someo be would do f or his wife and kids. Here is the Blessing. As I got in my truck with tears in my eyes for his kindness he looked at me and said: I never come this way not do I stop at this store. God sent him to me. Thank you Johnson wrecker service out of Pontotoc MS and thank you God! Jimmy got there and followed me home! Blessed!
