Poor communication. Just look at the review section — they don’t even respond to negative reviews, not even as a basic courtesy to say they’re sorry or to offer help. Definitely won’t recommend them.

I’d give -5 stars. Worst customer service ever.

The lack of communication and professionalism is shocking. I wouldn’t rely on them to follow through with a sale, and the customer service made the entire situation even worse. I strongly recommend being cautious if you choose to deal with them.

I had a terrible experience with them. They took my personal information and card details for the purchase, then sold the part I wanted without giving me a heads-up or offering an apology. Bri didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me before selling something I was already expecting to be shipped to me. Don’t trust that your order will actually go through, and with such terrible customer service, I wouldn’t trust the place at all. Be careful — you could easily end up being scammed.

I purchased a cab only in April from this company. I was able to pick it up on August 3rd. When I brought a cab home from this place...my husband noticed they had lifted the cab by the roof and it bent. One shouldn't pick a cab up by the roof...it's the weak point and bends, like this one they sold me....I'm sure it wasn't bent when sold, but they did have to remove doors, etc from it before I got it. That means they moved it with tow straps, like she told me, and it bent the structure. I called to notify the company that they had sold me a bad cab. I cannot use this cab....it is bent and the rubber seals are stuck in the metal. I sent photos of all angles to the company....I received no response. They wasted my $550 on a cab they bent and won't own up to. They have my number, they will not return and texts or calls. I will make sure I NEVER recommend this company to anyone, EVER!!

They were very nice and speedy on the buy of our old vehicle. They were more than fair on the price. Highly recommend them.

I have gotten great service so far. Customer Service on the phone has been excellent. I am picking up a Driver's window tomorrow and the price was awesome and reasonable. They expedited the work order (instead of putting it off and opening up the chance for errors) WHILE I was on the phone and the part will be ready for pickup in <72 hours. They were professional and courteous, which I truly appreciated.

Very helpful, will go the extra mile to help you get the right part. Honest about it if they can't get something, and willing to order parts in from other vendors to get you what you need. Been working with them for about three years, always good.

These guys are above and beyond amazing! The most organized and professional salvage yard I've ever dealt with. I got a great price on a back glass that was impossible to find anywhere else. They are very thorough and make sure you are getting the right part.

One of the best parts supplier's in North Mississippi. Customer service is phenomenal. Very friendly in person and on the phone. They have competitive prices and usually have the best price. The quality of their parts is very good. If your a dealer or mechanic you will be very pleased.
