Dispatched through my State Farm Roadside Assistance. Called and he was on another errand. Let me know he'd call when he was close. He did. Arrived in a little under 2 hours. Very professional and quick once he arrived.

Update: The truth isn't defamatory. The owner responded with lies to cover up for their crime. Bottom line: they should have NEVER billed me, especially when they knew this is fraud. According to the credit card company requirements, the ONLY appropriate response from this company would be to reverse the charge. Which they have REFUSED to do. These scammers told me I had to try to find this mysterious 3rd party in TN to try to get my money back. Now to address the lies: 1) They claim they are the victims. At this time they aren't out any money, because they charged my credit card. 2) To date they have refused to give me any information like a police report for their supposed fraud claim, which indicates they are lying. 3) "Those responsible held accountable" is a ridiculous statement to make. They are responsible because they made a fraudulent transaction. The ONLY way I can get my money back is from this company's accounts, as they were the ones to steal it. 4) The claim that they have been transparent is another lie. When I called and spoke to owner he denied ever charging my card. When I said I was going to file a police report he hung up. He did call later to claim that his brother told him this ridiculous story. He refused to give me his brother's name or phone number. They also refused to give me any information to contact the police that are supposedly involved. 5) Resolving this matter is not complex. All they had to do was issue a credit for their fraudulent charge. This is a criminal organization. I have NEVER heard of or dealt with this company. I have NEVER been to Mississippi. I have NOT had anything towed. Yet these criminals fraudulently posted a charge of $1132.25 to my credit card. I will be contacting the police regarding the fact that this company is involved in credit card fraud. After talking with the owner of the Beamon's located in Pearl, MS I am more convinced than ever that they are involved in credit card fraud. First this man claimed there were other Beamon Wrecker Service companies. I told him google only shows one. (I have since found this one his "brother" runs.) Then he called back to claim his "brother" went to TN for a tow job. He claims when he arrived the police were there and stated it was fraud. Yet they still billed me. He refused to give me his "brother's" name or phone number. Or any information for me to contact the police. I don't believe this story at all. Regardless, they had no right to bill my credit card. Especially if the police told them it was fraud at that time. He tried to claim he didn't bill me, that it was this mysterious fraudster. If you know how credit card billing works, you know that the business has a machine and account they run charges through. Some random stranger is not going to be able to use their machine. He later called when I was on the phone with the police. I returned his call and he had his "brother" join the call. They lied and denied ever billing me, but it is on my credit card. In addition their claim of a mysterious fraudster that called into their office, and gave my credit card over the phone doesn't ring true. How would the police know it was fraud when I wasn't even aware that these criminals were billing my card, and neither was the credit card company? How would the police miraculously be waiting for them in TN to inform them it was a fraudulent transaction? The police may be excellent, but they aren't psychic. Let's say this is true, that means that the owner and his "brother" just admitted to knowing the card did not belong to this "fraudster," yet they still billed me. They still stole $1,132.25 from me. Frankly, I am not buying their story. This company is run by thieves. I filed a police report. I also filed a report with the FTC. I will be discussing with my credit card company, and they will charge this company back. I will also recommend they suspend this company's ability to process credit card payments, because they are KNOWINGLY processing fraudulent charges.
