i was not pleased with Lisa, she quoted me 8.25 a pound not once but twice, the first time I called and she quoted me the price and I thought surely I had misunderstood her so I called back n specifically ask her did she mean 8.25 per hundred pounds n she said no 8.25 per pound, once again I said to her " eight dollars and twenty five cents per pound for regular old scrap metal" n she said yes. I ask her name she said "Lisa" I called another time to make sure of where to pull. Twice she quoted me 8.25$ ( which I had her on speaker so several other people heard and recorded both convos) once I was there it was 8 cents per pound and she acted like she didn't tell me the same price , not once but twice. It may not make a difference but I not any of my family will do business there again.... If you r quoted a price, specially more than once , that is the price you should be paid.... A business can loose a lot of money in lawsuits when you have employees like this...

Cain Recyclers has been excellent to work with on my newly acquired property. I have both a metal bin and a trash bin on site, and their service has been top-notch from start to finish. They’ve swapped dumpsters out promptly whenever I’ve needed it, and the rates for recycling have been very fair. On top of that, I really like that they also allow you to bring items directly to their location for recycling, which makes it even more convenient for those smaller projects around the house.
