Extremely helpful workers. Installed my window shield wiper blades in seconds. Every employee we encountered was nice, professional, down to earth and very friendly.
They will greet you, but they will not try and help you unless your black. All they wanted to do is surf on their phones!

I went to get some oil for my Terrain GMC and Eddie Cates was very help telling me the differences in the oil and told me that I needed the 1 gallon since I was going to get the 5 quarts. Very helpful. The service was excellent
One of the more helpful locations of O'Reilly or any other auto parts franchise. The gentlemen came outside and helped assess my vehicle, made recommendations and helped me understand how to check issues myself for the future.
We were in a big bind traveling for my brothers wedding and they hooked us up and totally went above and beyond! We are ever grateful. Everyone in this shop is amazing.
Second O'Reilly in less than two weeks where ordered part was not in. The first one sent part back twice. The second one failed to order! This chain is going downhill.

This O’reilly Auto Parts store is the best parts store i’ve ever been to. Each of the employees were very nice and resourceful. I was actually helped by the manager himself. I believe his name was Charles. He helped me with everything I needed. Will definitely be returning here for any other parts I may need.
Mr James and the other young lady that he work with on April 18th they close they're really really helpful it's like they do not want me to leave until they fix the problem with my car and I really really appreciate that. it took him a while to you know get the old part off so you can put the new part on but he did not give up and I really really appreciate that special after the long horrible day I had had. thanks again
