Like an idiot, I drove through a muddy puddle and got my car stuck in the mud. Someone came out and got me out in less than 15 minutes! Cheaper than I expected and they came to my location quickly!
They were very accommodating and promptly recognized the urgency of my situation. The cold weather had depleted my vehicle’s battery. Greg went above and beyond by contacting a local auto parts store in advance and then accompanying me there to ensure the necessary items were available.
I want to thank the team at this shop for their excellent service and support. They were very helpful, professional, and assisted me during a difficult moment with my truck. They took the time to explain everything clearly and fixed. You can truly tell they work with honesty and dedication.

I had a service call for a mud flap and bracket to be replaced. Ej ( my service tech) was very professional and nice when he did my call. EJ did a great job for me ..

They don’t know anything all their business is from robbery
When you call they send you road service right away but mechanic doesn’t know anything and for every issue tells you to go to the dealer
And charge you ten kinds of fees

Is your car broke down? Will it not start? Did you hit a coyote at 70 mph when you're 6 hours from home in the middle of the night? If so Parker wrecker service is for you. Nathan, the tow truck driver, made us feel safe and cared for while also lightning the mood and helping us recover from such a tragic experience! Their prices are tough to beat and they got to us quickly! Once I saw that burly man climb out of that truck I knew we were in good hands! With laser precision he loaded our mangled vehicle onto the truck and off we went! Upon arrival he set it down as softly as you would set a sleeping baby into a crib! I want to give Anthony, the roadside technician, his flowers. He was there within 30 MINUTES when everyone takes hours. Got me running within the hour. I had been stranded for hours before he got there. I really appreciate him and the business in whole. I’ve already heard good things about this business, but now I have positive feedback from experience. Thank you guys again

Great customer service! I can’t thank you guys enough for helping my husband and I. Cody was a tremendous help this company was highly recommended by another company near by. The service was fast & speedy and we couldn’t have gotten in touch with a better company.
Fast service, polite, friendly and even gave me a ride to my hotel which is a huge deal and I am very impressed by the professionalism and ability of Cody in particular very knowledgeable and helpful would rate 10/10 but I only get 5 stars.
These people are crooks they gave us a price to tow the truck 28 miles to their shop of 650.00 once wrecker got there we changed our minds on towing it there because we found the part 350.00 cheaper to just tow us up to Pilot 8 .5 miles and charged us 1291.94 for a tow and service call these guys are NO GOOD

Met Ricky yesterday and looked through his inventory. And also arranged for a heavy tow. This tow was not easy and somewhat of a distance. He is my new favorite heavy over there. When he quote a price just do it. I work nation wide and there are none better coast to coast. Thanks Ricky you made a bad situation disappear and I look forward to a long business relationship.
Well My Experience with Parker Wrecker was Horrible..They were Called to Tow my Bigrig Truck only from A Truck Stop 3mi. From their Location...They Did Not...even Use a Wrecker(Tow Truck)..They Simply Used a Master Key and (Drove My Truck).to their Yard...and Charged Me the Following Morning $535.Which is A Complete Rip Off. I'm Black..so Maybe I Just have the Wrong Skin Color. But I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE OF MY ETHNICITY...And I Wish there was a way to give them No Stars.
