I went to Kirk Brothers Ford not even thinking they would be able to help me because of my credit. I was shown a BEAUTIFUL Ford King Ranch. I saw it and thought I’d never be able to get such a nice vehicle. However Alex my sales person assured me that his team of professionals that get financing would be able to get it for me. I truly thought I’d have to settle for a lot less vehicle but WOW!! They actually did it. I couldn’t believe it. I’d like to thank Alex and his finance team as well as Kirk Brothers Ford not only a Beautiful truck but a truly memorable experience.

I talked with Hunter and he is the best. Bubba is great too he worked with him finding the right vehicle. I had no problems with getting in and out with a new car. I took my car in at noon for an oil change / tire rotation and about an hour later they called to say my car was ready! When I picked up my car, EVERYONE was so nice!! I’ll never get my serviced anywhere else. NEVER.

I had a good experience at Kirk Brother. I thought the salesman was very knowledgeable about all the cars feature and he took the time to explain everything I needed to know.

I thank God for placing me in Kirk Brothers’ path. I had multiple horrible experiences at Mac Haik in Jackson. I would leave my vehicle for two weeks at a time only to pick it up with more things wrong with it and the previous problems still existing. It had been over a year long battle getting my vehicle properly repaired. I never did the surveys after taking my vehicle in for repairs because I didn’t want to give a bad review (which would have been nothing but the truth). I finally gave a review, and they refused to service my vehicle again. I was told by one of the workers that review affected her lively hood, and I was told this before I did the review. Therefore, the manager told her my vehicle would never be serviced by them again. I call around and found a ford dealership in Greenwood. All of the staff were very nice and very helpful in getting my vehicle fixed in a timely fashion. They really exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Kirk Brothers. Thank you all from the service staff to the very knowledgeable mechanics.

Great people. They were very nice and the service was great. The only issue I had was that the technician left some dirt and grease on my door handle and steering wheel after servicing. Other than that everything was great

The team at Kirk brothers did a great job at finding the exact vehicle I wanted. Couldn't be any happier with my experience, they were easy to work with.

My ECM had lost communication so it needed programming. I went there to get the computer and keys programmed and that didn't fix the problem. They wanted to do a diagnostic test, which would have cost over $300, so I declined it. I can't just keep giving them money and the problem still exists. So I pulled it back home.

The people were very friendly and did a great job, but I was told when to bring my vehicle in and I did, but it sat there for more than a week before they started on it, one of my tires had gone down and it just sat there! I wish if they did not have the parts the would have waited until they came in before having me to leave my vehicle because it was still drivable, I would avoided using all my car rental days and having to pay for extra days!

They did a great job fixing my car! They were also very quick to get everything done! Ann in the body shop’s office was great at keeping me updated on my car!

One of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. I was an out of state buyer and they allowed me to purchase over the phone and also deliver to my driveway. Didn’t have to pay over MSRP like a lot of dealers around me are doing. Super friendly staff from sales, finance to delivery. A+

Came in with a sensor problem which affected a/c and other dash functions. Unfortunately, due to the price of the part, it was not a stock item. However the service personnel did everything they could to get me back on the road. Only wish I had names to give. The man and woman went out of their way. Unsurpassed customer service. Will definitely use this dealer again if I have another issue.

I purchased a used 2018 Expedition in March. It had 83k miles on it at the time. I travel a lot with work and have had 2 experiences with the service department. Shakila and Barbara in service are top notch when keeping me updated. Willie, service mechanic, who rode with me, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it next day when part was available. There is a lot to be said for service after the sale! They have earned a 5 star rating!

The two men that helped us trade our truck on our next vehicle were the best hands down! They were very helping and took their time with us! Will recommend to any one!

My navigator quit in the road. New Year’s Eve so holiday weekend. I had to get towed to dealership but service department was closed. I returned on Monday am early to get someone to help. They did not first think any techs were coming in but Jason did. He and Barbara both were wonderful and worked constantly till they figured out the issue. They were very attentive and promised to get it fixed by 5:00 so I could go home… a few hours drive away. They did and I made it home!

Kirk Brothers is great... I'm very happy with the way they do business... I was told by a dealership in Jackson that they would have to have the car for a few days, Kirk Brothers said while I wait. They are awesome.

The body shop found the problem with fixing my door quickly versus when I took it to another place. It was repaired quickly and everyone was so courteous. It was a pleasant experience when people genuinely care.

Over the years, I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location way back when it was Buddy Jones Ford Co. and receive routine car maintenance then and since it became Kirk Brothers Ford. I have always received a positive experience and the staff is very pleasant and professional. As a lady, I really appreciate the fact that they have women on staff in the service department. If you choose to wait for your car to be serviced, there is a comfortable customer waiting area available.

Our truck was shutting off while highway driving. We were more than three hours from home. Pulled into the dealership looking for help. Bill, the service manager, and his crew was quick to diagnose our problem. The part was in stock. They replaced it and got us on the way home again. Great people. Fixed it right. Was so very thankful for them and their expert knowledge.

Took my vehicle in after I broke my back windshield out. It has been there a month and the only contact I've had has been initiated by me. I do understand that there are delays in shipments but a courtesy phone call would be nice. I've used this dealership for a long time and this is the first time that I've had this type of experience. When you do get someone on the phone they don't know anything and say they will call you back but never do. The level of service is nothing like it has been in the past.
