Everyone told me I shouldn't have bought a transmission from them but I did and I haven't had any problems out of it. They are Christian people and stand behind there products
These people where beond useless tried to tell me 4x100 lug pattern rims so I'm to believe they have no Saturn's no Hondas no cobalts and meny more of the most common cars I call B's there simply to lazy to look have never left a review until now the three times I called with different cars I was giving a no within seconds without even taking time to inquire worse service I've ever had
Bad business called asked for a part for body of vehicle they confirmed they had it asked the condition they said just a few dings informed them I was coming to get it and even called back and gave them an arrival time get there to purchase part did NOT have just a dig or two was completely disfigured and not even usable a complete waist of time and gas money !!
Customer service needed. One of the guys are really rude And didn't have what I needed but when I called a lady told me they had what I was calling about.
For everything I've ever called for concerning my vehicle, THEY NEVER HAVE IT , HAD to drive 45 minutes to find out after calling the whole time, I'd shop Else where if I'm shopping parts from now own
Called Them they Told me that they had a front bumper for a 2000 mustang drove 62 miles to go pick it up. Get there & they tell me that they haven't got one.
Bought motor & was told by 2 different people the mileage was 112,000. Motor delivered to shop for installation and 165,312 clearly written on motor in heavy chalk. What can I say??? Had motor installed and motor has already failed after driving it back and forth to work twice.
This a review for the used car parts. I don't know if they give fair scrap prices. CALL FOR PRICES FIRST! Quite often their prices are only a little bit cheaper than getting a new/refurbish part at the parts store. You can pull your own part but that typically only saves you $10, the yard is not well organized, and everything sits in the mud without tires on it. Why pay almost the same price for new but it has 200k+ miles on the used part? Low savings, high risk of the part failing and having to replace it again. One time they priced me an alternator that was more than the parts store. I typically go here as a last resort or looking for oddball body/interior parts. There's a good chance you will have to deal with an older lady at the desk that is not friendly and always seems to be inconvenienced by you when she answers the phone.
