Called in the spare of the moment , ummm kinda impulsive of me with what I go thru in life , honestly should have called a hour or two earlier, either way when I called I talk to a nice wisdom giving woman who had a very experienced tow man by the name of Chris. Absolutely amazing guys they came out and unlocked my car in a timely fashion. Very much appreciated, highly recommend these guys for any type of re-entry into your car. Will for sure be my first call for any type of car issues.

B&B Towing is the absolute best. I have had to use them twice for my SUV and both times they were super fast to arrive to pick up my car, even on a weekend night! Very kind and professional. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love my car. I felt very at ease entrusting them to get my vehicle to body shop both times! They were careful with my car and made sure it was delivered safely! I hope and pray it’s my last tow but if not I will absolutely be using them again and no one else. I have their number saved in my phone and recommend them to everyone!

What started out as a not so great morning, ended in a pleasant experience because of B&B towing. My car broke down at a red light on the way to work. I called B&B. The driver showed up within 30 minutes, and I was home within 45 minutes of calling the company. The tow truck driver was friendly and understanding.

I called this company for towing the guy was amazing and charged a reasonable price. even went out his way to help me get oil for my car. then dropped my car off the next day at a shop. I don’t live in Columbus it’s just where my car stopped at and he help me find a shop to fix my car. I am very thankful and appreciate his help.

B&b is my go to for anything. He has towed and calmed my child down after a serious accident. And he has done several lock outs for us. He is reliable, quick to show up and reasonably priced. 100% remccomed B&B

I cannot recommend Bubba enough. He was able to jump our car and followed us to the closet Auto Parts Store to make sure we got there alright. 10/10 recommend and I know who I am telling my friends to call if they ever have problems with their vehicles. Thanks again!

I had a delivery truck stuck in my yard so I googled, looking for a tow to pull her out…new to the area I had no idea what to expect. He said 20 min ETA, however, he had her hooked, pulled, and had already given me a courtesy call back all within 30 min! Bubba was kind, efficient, quick and extremely helpful. It was the follow-up call, that wasn’t even necessary on my end of the tow because it wasn’t my vehicle (I just had my yard tore up and made the call) that showed his professionalism. Highly recommend!

We had a blow out on highway 82. Bubba came within minutes to get the tire changed. He was fast, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend his service.

My daughter pulled out of our driveway and her car wouldn't go into drive.We were literally stuck in the middle of the road. We had seen B&B around our neighborhood and gave them a call it was about 7:30PM he dropped what he was doing and was there within 15 min! Highly recommend Buuba for any tow services. B & B Service is awesome!!! Originally we called for tow service. My car did not have the wheel lock that it needed in order for me to change the spare. Bubba from B & B showed up in great time, had everything that I needed, and changed my tire with the spare. He made sure the pressure was good, and he made sure the spare was inflated. After driving for a while he made sure that I called him after driving for a while to make sure everything was still good. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Thanks again Bubba!

We had called a towing truck from another company through insurance that was going to take 2 hours & with sheer luck, Bubba appeared out of nowhere to help us instead! Very quick and great service. Grateful for this service & will definitely recommend to anyone in need of a quality towing company.

My daughter and I got locked of the vehicle on a Monday night at WM. We called another company and was told they'd be right on. Didn't want to rush them but it was school night. Right around the 2 hour mark, mind you I contacted the original company at intervals of 20-30 minutes, clearly expecting them to arrive shortly. By chance I called B&B to unlock my truck. He stated he was leaving State campus. Though I was in need of assistance, I didn't want him to go out of his way, so we agreed he'd call when he exited the bypass. I tell you he was there in maybe 20 minutes. He was the nicest person. I asked for the price, he asked did I have insurance coverage with State Farm. Unfortunately, I didn't. Again, I asked his price and honestly all he asked was to tell people if I liked his service. GLADLY!!! He was the nicest person and if the need arose again, I HOPE IT DOESN'T, B&B would definitely be the company I'd call! And by the way, the other company hadn't showed up by the time he unlocked my door and sent us on our way!! THANK YOU AGAIN...I APPRECIATED IT MORE THAN YOU KNOW!!!

We gave B&B towing a call when we were locked out of our house. He showed up in less than 10 minutes and had us in the house in no time. Friendly, professional, quick service. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I needed to come home. When I went to crank my car I discovered the cold had zapped my battery. I called B&B Towing to help me. I had never used them before, but had heard good things. Bubba arrived quickly and jumped my car. At that point his job was done, but he took the time to clear the ice from my windshield and helped me decide the best way out of the spot I was in. There was solid ice in front of me so I needed to back out and up the side street. He could have left then. But he didn't. Instead he made sure me and my son got backed out and safely on our way home. I want to send a special Thank You for his professionalism and kindness to me and my son. He has a family too so I feel like he just did what he would want for his own. But in that kindness shows this local business' heart. Next time you need a tow or any of the things listed please call B&B Towing and tell them Frawg recommended them.

We used B&B towing when my car broke down in Meridian, Ms to haul my car back to Columbus and charged us a very decent price! Been locked out of the car a few times and they were helpful each time! Best towing company we have ever used!

Excellent customer service. This took place after regular business hours and he was there approximately within 10 minutes. He was quick to unlock my vehicle without any type of damage. I was expecting to pay high dollar and was so surprised to how affordable it was. I highly recommend.
