They lock the doors early and just shrug their shoulders at you when you try and open the door even though they are supposed to be open…. Do not go here!
Very good experience with online order. I needed some wiper fluid. I put in the order online for pick up using a coupon from oreilly. The order was ready shortly.
The store is located on West Main not far from Cross Town or the West Tupelo Walmart. Parking is easy.
The lady working this morning was very professional and kind. She found my order in the system and quickly located my order.
A friendly, professional and capable employee made pick up a cinch. I'll order again and use this location.
Took my mom to this store because her brake lights weren’t working and we had no idea how to fix this!! We met the nicest, most helpful young man named Quinten!! He changed the bulbs and realized something else was going on bc new bulbs didn’t fix the problem. He ended up finding a plug under the steering wheel that had worked itself loose and miraculously everything worked!! He went above and beyond to help my mom!! We were super blessed and thankful for him today!!
This is by far the best Oreilly’s I have ever been to! Corey went above and beyond to help me get my suv fixed and back on the road. Thanks so much for everything guys!!!
Today is Thanksgiving, the two men at O’Reillys Who helped me with a coolant temperature control sensor did more than just help me fix the problem with my vehicle, but also helped me psychologically. What I mean is in the world we live today where people are just too busy to care. Then there was these gentlemen, who, after hours, unlock the door and help take care of me when they simply didn’t have to. God bless y’all and hope you have the best Thanksgiving. And because of that simple kind thing, I will always choose O’Reillys first
The lady behind the counter knew exactly where I needed to go to get my transmission fluid. She knows her store, and she offered to look it up if I needed her, too. Great store!
Cory was awesome to work with. He got my parts ordered and when there was a hiccup in delivery he helped solve the problem from home. Carrie was fabulous. She drove from the West Main store to the South Gloster store in a down pour to help us when they couldn't find my part. The staff at the South Gloster store were also helpful and friendly. This is why we always go to O'REILLY's. Thanks for all that you guys did for us today.
The people were very friendly and very respectful and courteous and the fact that they also give veterans discounts makes me shop there more and they're so willing to help find at another store what you need
I have shopped here several times before this date and have had fast, friendly, and efficient service every time. It seems I always have to order at least one part each time I've used them, but to be fair, the year of my vehicle is by far one that I believe is very understandably unexpected for parts to consistently be in stock as I myself would carry more parts for vehicles that are newer. So I'm not complaining about it. I just got everything I needed today which includes brakes all around, air filter, oil (5 quarts) and oil filter, headlights, serpentine belt, mass airflow sensor, antifreeze, an ignition coil, and some silicone to seal glass for $290. Everything was reasonably priced. The most expensive thing I got was $69.99 for the coil. They're open 7 days a week which is very convenient and are open until 8pm each night. The store appeared well stocked and appears well maintained and clean. I was in and out of there in 13 minutes. Not bad huh lol😁

I needed a new car battery. They had just what I needed. They even let me use their tools while changing the battery onsite. It saved me a trip back to return the core. Great staff.
Seriously we just left this store a couple hours ago we live 9 hours from this store walked at 8am right after they opened our wheel barring went out, on the way to Gulf Shores for vacation they had the part and tools we needed to fix it when we couldn’t get it off because it was seized. They found someone who would come to their parking lot on a Sunday to help us. These people will forever hold a special place in our hearts. What a great staff you have, just good people! Thank you so much for making our entire day better in anyway you could!
Extremely dissatisfied, part didn't work out of the box, came apart removing it. Took 3 hours to remove faulty coil pack that fell apart trying to remove it. Refused to refund money.
My favorite auto supply store in the area. These guys are super! They have really helped me out with advice and recommendations. Plus they have excellent prices.
My car lost power while driving at about 6:30 PM on a weekday (after my regular mechanic was closed). Jacob tested my alternator and my battery, said my alternator was fine, sold me a battery I didn't need. Upon discovering the bad alternator the very next day, the manager Chris refused to refund my money for the useless battery. Salespeople masquerading as mechanics. Avoid them.
