Christy answered the phone and went above and beyond to help my family when we needed work on a wheel bearing and a mechanic while passing through Tupelo. I called NAPA, AutoZone, and even another O'Reilly store in Tupelo, but she was the only one who truly cared and took the time to help us with our problem. I have yet to purchase a part without having to make a return visit to get the correct part and I have been a loyal customer hoping this would one day correct itself, I’m done!!!

Check their prices before you buy. Simple part at O'Reilly was $29. Walmart had exact same thing for $21.60 w/shipping. Walmart also had OEM part for $7.90 including free shipping.
They never had a part in stock that you need is always the next day and they can never call the neighboring stores to see if the part may be there for you to help out to be more courteous for not having the parts that they claim that they have do not recommend but as far as prices go it's okay if you like waiting two three days for the part that you need that day

I called the Amory store and ordered two head lights with casing and a guy took my order and told me when they would be in one on Friday the other on Tuesday . When I called to check if they had come in yet GUESS WHAT there was NO record or order placed in my name for me NOTHING it was the first time they REALLY disappointed me a Loyal customer for 10+ years since my son was the assistant manager there
Very helpful clerks and although the part I was searching for was not available in store with them; they took the time to confirm the sound setup I wanted and confirmed that my check list included all necessary components to have optimal results for completed project. Superb!!!
Went there a couple of months ago for a car battery. Was told they couldn’t install the battery because it was difficult to install. I took the battery home and had it installed in less than 10 minutes. Went back today for help with missing fuses in fuse box. Lady that assisted me never offered to come look at the fuse box and then proceeded to tell me she knew nothing about vehicles. WHY DO YOU WORK IN AN AUTO PARTS STORE!!!!!!!
My wife needed a battery and the dealership didn't have one. This was during our recent ice storm and she couldn't get in the parking lot of O'Reilly's without getting stuck. The employee I was dealing with over the phone (Trey) was most helpful in getting the battery to her and helping her out of the parking lot. We're both very thankful of the service provided and will keep this in mind with regards to future automotive needs.
This is the place I go when i need auto parts. The people who work here are always nice and helpful. The staff have helped me put wiper blades, a battery on and help me f i nd an assortment of tools I needed.

Was a hang out place for all the employee's friends. Was very unprofessional and unhelpful the last time I went. I ended up going to the back myself and picked out the part I needed because the "manager" was too busy talking to his friends. The first time I was there, I had a good experience. Very helpful staff. If I do go back, it will only be if the other one in town doesn't have what I need and then I'll probably just go to a competitor.
They are not very easy to get your warranty money from..They we're sure quick to take it when I bought the new part...They said they reordered a replacement and it's been in transit via FedEx for the last 9 days...Today I find out their supplier no long has the part...
