I use his service once. The communication was not great the first time. He showed up later than I had anticipated. I then attempted to use his service a second time I called and made an appointment for him to be at my house the next day at a specific time. I took off from work to be home. He never showed. I called, he never returned my call. Very disappointed at the unprofessional behavior in the form of poor communication. I gave two stars because the first time I used him I was more or less satisfied with my actual towing experience.
Update: I called him again and he never did say why he didn't show up at 8:00. But he showed up at 11:00. I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 3 stars because he did show up eventually. But I'm still upset that I took off from work for someone that did not keep their appointment with me.
I had the pleasure of being towed by Mr Jerry when my work truck decided to die on me today. He is the first tow truck driver to be at my location at the time promised. Was very professional.
Got me out of the highway fast, found out what was wrong with it and got it to a muffler shop. I lucked out in terms of who I decided to call, they're great folks.
We got stranded today in our 67 Lemans! We called Jerry, and he was there within 15 minutes. He was very professional and courteous! He cared for our baby and gave us a ride home, too! I will just again and highly recommend Jerry’s Towing!
