Helped me out of a pinch. I appreciate it. I gave the pick up and drop off location over the phone and was told I had to pay $175. After my car was told to the destination I was told since it was out of the city it was $3 per mile which ended up being $214. That was my only issue. I still appreciate them and would do business with them again. Thanks S & E.
They targeted the kids on senior skip day my son had my car parked in a parking spot and they still towed my car very rude and unprofessional the guy didn’t even have my car all the way on the truck and he still towed it they took about 50 kids cars that day 300 for each car so it’s safe to say they made a killing off of these kids absolutely pitiful
If it weren't for the lady in the office being genuinely helpful, it would be a 1 star. My Audi was treated like salvage or a repo. My car was covered in greasy hand prints, and the rims were scuffed up on both sides. The tow hook was broken off in the bumper.. When I came home, I found my car rolled against my porch, crushing a garbage can, and the body kit damaged. Avoid this company unless you're into expensive unskilled nonsense. As a career firefighter of 14 years, I've seen a lot of talented tow companies.. this is not one of them.
My son died then my son. truck was stolen he had title in truck the theif got title signed to himself I reported the truck stolen, ummc police retrieved called s&E an myself I went to get the truck Mrs Linda wouldn't release it because it was in the theif name and not mys so if their is an attorney reading dis please contact me my court day is Aug 18 2033
Whatever you do don’t call them for towing. Their truck was literally across the street from our car, and we needed it towed less than half a mile. The boss told me 175. After another company who would be driving from Jackson quoted me 95. Definitely snakes who thought they could take advantage of people who were desperate.
Maybe they are great if your local but I called and tried to pay them to shop a part to me(small part) “yeah we will send you an email” I waited all day….”we are sending it right now…” nothing…. End of business the following day I call “sorry we tried and email isn’t working” thanks for not calling me and leaving me and my customer hanging. No communication, no keeping me in the loop, no follow through. Worst salvage yard I’ve dealt with. Hopefully in person they are better.

Very nice people I told them I didn’t won’t to Come pick my transmission up bc I was leaving for work in a few days In didn’t won’t my warranty to expire while I was on the boat they said they understood in it will be waiting on you when you get home? good working crew
The woman that answers the phone is Impatient. Like I only wanted to know if y’all had a specific vehicle , not all that extra stuff that was unnecessarily asked.
Terrible business. Had my vehicle towed by this company. The next day tried to pick up my vehicle and they sent me to the wrong location. And then called me back and and told me it’s at a different location. Went to that location and the driver was very rude. Didn’t give me a receipt for my payment. Will never use this company again.
Wish there was a no star I wasn't contacted they didn't want to answer the questions I asked when I tried to explain the situation they were very rude and hung up on me and when I asked to speak to the owner or a manager of sorts the refused and would just say you can call back tomorrow neither was I the owner of the vehicle police enforcement or the home owner of the residence present when it was taken I was very disappointed in the way the do business
I have read the reviews online and am kinda shocked. I have done business with them several times and haven't had 1 issue at all! Ms. Linda that answers the phone always assist in locating a part for me, if they don't have it. This always saves me tons of time. Give them a try.
Purchased a used transmission from S & E and when we received the part it was damaged from improper removal from the vehicle (lack of vehicle knowledge). We have not installed the transmission but they refuse to give any sort of refund and only offer "in store credit". We do not want "in store credit" because they obviously can't even pull a transmission out correctly, so why would I buy any other parts from them? I do not recommend buying from these crooks for anything and hope no one else has to deal with these sorry excuses for a business. If I could rate them lower than a 1 star I would.
Do not deal with these guys. Very unprofessional. They have asked us for personal information then refused to send out a part. Business like this should not be allowed to operate. Do not waist your time with them. AVOID
