He and his wife were the sweetest and caring company I called tonight. I got stuck in snow in my friends neighborhood, I called 2 other company’s. One was fully booked for the night and one wanted to charge me $630 to get 0.5 miles…
Kings Towing was way way cheaper! They were sweet, pulled me out, and chatted with me (calmed me down after panicking lol). They got me out of the neighborhood and to a safe spot.
Called the number. "Kings towing"... Asked how much it would be to have a tow. "Where to?" Gave the person that answered the information. The person that answered then stayed silent for about 10 seconds. I asked if he was still there. He mumbled something. Another 5 seconds pass and he hangs up. 0-10 on customer service. (The tow was within 15 miles point to point. Olive Branch to East Memphis.)
The service was excellent and didn’t take long. Very professional and took good care of my car. I highly recommend this tow company if you on the Olive Branch/Memphis area.
We were waiting for 2 hours for another company to get our car. Called King’s Towing and he said it would be about 45 minutes to get the truck. He was here in about 20-30 minutes with our car. Super cool guy! HIGHLY recommend. ??
I called King Towing this morning at 8 am right away. He said it will be about 10 o’clock and he showed up and he got my truck there. I paid them when he arrived, I left the keys with them and everything went smooth. I recommend him to everyone that’s out there looking for a tow truck service.
This was, by far, the best towing service I've ever dealt with. Although I've not needed service often, this was a great one to remember. This young man was prompt, professional, and cared for my vehicle during transport.

I recently had to call King's Towing and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience was. From the moment I contacted them, their dispatcher was clear, professional, and reassuring. The driver arrived quicker than expected, was courteous, and handled my vehicle with care.
This is the best towing service I have had. He got the job done as quickly as possible and had great professional work ethic.

Came to town our car that was barley stuck in mud, kept telling him he couldn’t tow it from the direction he was but he kept saying “I know what I’m doing etc” with a attitude. He pulled the car into a ditch and got it 10x more stuck. After we kept telling him he can’t pull it how he was doing it. I had to hop into the drivers seat and push trees out of the way and messed my hand up bc he wouldn’t stop pulling it while we where yelling to stop. He caused damages to the car as well. Then he just left with out saying anything and left the car in an even worse stuck position in a flooding ditch. Do not use his services dude has no idea what he’s doing.
King’s Towing gave me a 30 min eta and he arrived on time. He was able to tow my car from Olive Branch to a Memphis dealership. He was professional and provided good customer service. Hopefully, he isn’t needed in the future but if needed I’d recommend.
Would not recommend left me stranded on the interstate for hours without calling or texting me to let me know that the quote was too low from the insurance company for him to get me during reg business hrs. I called him after 2hrs andnow it's after hours, he he told me to call my roadside insurance back and tell them he wasn't coming. Hope your wife mother or daughter is never in this situation. Definately not a business for to be in.

Driver cancelled on me the 1st day. Scheduled for the next day at 7am and driver forgot to pick my car up. After I told him not to worry about it, he hung up on me without caring about his poor services...Terrible
Called AAA for a jump this morning they sent out one of your drivers he connected his battery pack to multiple locations an kept telling me to try it, I informed him he was not connected to the right spots. He rudely told me "I know what im doing" an then told me "its not your battery its your starter". Well sure enough i called a friend with jumper cables an after connecting them to the right spot my car started just fine!
Excellent service early this morning in towing my car from Olive Branch to a Memphis dealership. Very professional and courteous, and with a fair price. Highly recommended and will call on them again.
I cannot recommend this company. They were called for an emergency road service call and agreed to come out and provide service and then never showed up. The driver sat on the side of the road for two hours and when contacted back they said that the worker was "done for the night and headed home and they forgot to call me back." This caused us to miss the window to get another company out that could do the job and provide good service. In a business of customer service, you cant leave people stranded and forget them.
I call for towing my MB Sprinter Van. Man on a phone told me wait 1 hour. After this I call them and ask were are you. They told me his one his way and need more time. Ok, I'm wait. But then I wait another 45 minutes I call them and they told me wait more 35 minutes because they have a client right now.
And price they want - $150 for 16 miles. I find another towing company for $85. Thank you for safe my money.
