The communication with the client has been blatantly unprofessional. If you were unable or unwilling to assist with the service, that should have been communicated upfront. Instead, commitments were made and then ignored, with calls unanswered and all communication abruptly halted. This behavior is not only unprofessional but unfair, and it reflects a lack of basic courtesy and accountability. While this type of conduct has unfortunately become common, it is unacceptable and should not be normalized.
Imagine already feeling bad because you need tow service and get yelled at just for calling and asking about services!!!!! This was my experience with this company!!!! I WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
Lost the keys to my fiancés car, manager is rude and unprofessional. Spend 4 hours there before anything was done. Don’t recommend AT ALL. $321 just to get it out of impound but wasn’t able to even leave with it due to the loss of key
Unprofessional and rude. Driver did exactly what I told him not to twice. & his boss took his side and said he was the sweetest guy ever & brought up the rain. Was so rude and nasty. Should’ve taken my 100 dollars elsewhere. 0/10. Would not recommend.
Rude customer service!!! All I wanted was to be towed not yelled at for asking how long was the wait!! Seeing that I was on a major HWY .. I called King Towing & he was very professional & came to grab me ASAP
Elizabeth was amazing and got me towed super quickly. I believe The driver’s name was Otis, I might be wrong. He was an amazing person and took care of me and my property. He make Jokes to make me feel better and brighten my day. This is probably the best tow that I ever had

I needed my F-550 towed, which isn't an easy thing to have done. They dispatched Jason almost immediately. He did a fantastic job! My truck was unable to start or move and Jason was able to move it around with his tow truck and winch. It was awesome to see. I will always call these guys if I need another tow.
My car was released to me within 10min of walking through the door. I did have a minor hold up because the key to the car was misplaced but eventually it was recovered. The man there was so nice and helpful.
They are fabulous. My SUV broke down and needed a tow. Called them up and the driver showed up with 20 mins. Very reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend.
I recommend this company to anyone Carl did a great job getting all the dents out of my truck and make the paint look immaculate! He was very professional and stayed in touch with me every step of the way!
My father had a diabetic reaction and stopped his car off road.
This company towed my fathers car at request of the officer that arrived to make sure my father was okay and put his car in the front parkway of the company (not the impound lot)
We called tripple A to pick up my father and the car and during that time one of the employees got impatient that he had to wait and moved the car to the impound lot just because he had to wait for tripple A to pick up my father and the car.
They told us the impound fee was 30$ a day but they refused to let anyone pay it or let tripple A pick up the car once they were there. The guy was incredibly rude to us and the next day they asked for 200$ when we came to pick the car up when it had been less than 24 hours.
Do not let this company tow your car they will scam you.
We have used them quite a few times and they are amazing and very quick every time. This is the only company I will ever call for a tow or recommend to anyone.
Awesome service! Quick and efficient. I was stranded on 305 going toward Cockrum and it didn't take him long to get to me. I felt very safe with the the man that rescued me from the cold. Thanks JB Towing and Collision!
