I absolutely love this store everyone is very knowledgeable about everything and very helpful. The Manager Mr. Gorden goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and that you are happy about your purchase. I come out of my way to shop this location THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH
I had a delivery at 5 am; I arrived early and slept overnight in their yard . I waked up in the at 5am; they unloaded right away. It is a good company to deliver, as a truck driver.
Don't waste your time at any other parts store in desoto county. Just call ahead. 94% of the time they have what you need. Without having to order. It's all in the warehouse!
Awesome place to visit. If you need a car part or tool, they probably have it there ready in stock or to order it quickly, just for you, so you dont have to keep looking around wasting time and money.
The largest warehouse in the area. Even if the online website doesn’t show the part in stock at this store, call them to confirm. They more than likely have it in the warehouse and can have it up front in the store in fifteen minutes. The staff here is always ready to snag the parts we need. Grateful to have such a large stock of parts available without having to wait on day delayed transfers. 👍🏽 Part availability helps to ensure we get the car repaired that same day and can make it to our next event.
Inspect your parts when purchasing from this store! My mechanic purchased an alternator that had a bent connector already and when he went back to get another, multiple alternators were defective. They eventually found him one that wasn't defective but I had to go to the dealership for them to tell us that the connector was bent in the first place. Imagine the frustration of paying hundreds of dollars for something that could have been a quick fix or prevented altogether. I tried reaching out to the store manager multiple times to at least file a complaint and they refuse to get back to me. The unprofessionalism is outstanding. Will not be purchasing from this store again!
I ordered on their website for in store pick up.... super simple process, got an email in about 20 mins that it was ready. The lady working the counter was friendly. Glad to have this retail store at the front of the warehouse, it means access to tons of stuff within minutes instead of having to wait for it to come in the next day... and they are open late. Awesome!
The Oreilly DC is easy to get to from interstate 55 north or south take the Church Rd exit(287) and go west to Hwy 51. Turn left on 51 S. and follow to first stop light. Turn into the Desoto ind park. Oreilly is the first bldg on left. Follow the street in front of the DC to the end and turn left and go behind bldg. Recvg door is second door from dock door 8. Park on right hand side and walk bills inside. Overnight parking is allowed. Very clean place. Check is smooth if you have the right appointment number (usually starts withAG). Not required to slide tandems. Once light goes green, walk back in to get bills. Then move from dock.
I dont know why anyone (the other poster) would give this a bad rating. It's literally a construction project. This WILL BE the new DC for O'Reilly's. It's CURRENTLY a warehouse being wired and constructed. It should be done within a few months. It is what it is.
