Very poor service. Wanted a car towed to a house where the guy works on cars and I've been bringing my car to him for years. They bad mouthed him and didn't want me to take it there. They did do it after I convinced them it was where I wanted it to go. Maybe stay in their own lane from now on.
Amazing help and recovery, I had Doug help me out after my engine exploded Saturday morning. He was fast and helpful, he gave me good information on what to do afterwards and kept a friendly and talkative conversation during our drive to my destination, would be calling when I need help again and most definitely would like to have Doug as my driver!
After putting a roadside assistance request, I heard from Bob’s towing within minutes and was given an update on arrival. Doug picked us up promptly, and took us the auto shop we requested. Doug was a pleasure to work with, and made a frustrating situation with car troubles so much more manageable! Thank you!

My family and I were stranded on the side of the road due to a smoking battery, and we didn’t feel comfortable driving with our little ones in the car. Doug arrived quickly and greeted us with a smile, genuinely excited to help. Despite the stressful situation, Doug’s calm demeanor and engaging conversation brought peace during the hour and a half drive. Not once was there an awkward moment. When we arrived home, Doug took the time to educate us on what to do next, and he showed so much care for my little ones. He even went above and beyond by applying baking soda to the battery to prevent further acid issues. What could have been a stressful and costly experience turned into a great one thanks to Doug’s exceptional service and kindness. We are so blessed to have had him assist us. Thank you, Doug!

2 vehicles got unknowingly towed here, when going to retrieve the vehicles from the yard, employees stood around watching us clearly struggle get the vehicles going, one vehicle died entirely, other had a locked brake. Shop jumped the dead vehicle but gave no solutions for the locked brake besides let the Vehicle sit another night, get charged another fee, then pay a repair fee. Vehicle with the locked brake was also in the way of the dead vehicle so couldn't get that out without more towing. Asked to speak to a higher up that didn't happen. Seems like the employees had no answers for me besides the vehicles were already ruined which isn't true. Also wrongfully towed but I will not blame the company for that.
From out of town, as we were on our way to a dog show we must have caught a nail or something else to puncture our tire. Immediately dropped pressure from 38 to 5 psi in a matter of feet. Emergency pulled over in someone’s driveway. Of course we don’t have the jack????? AAA wouldn’t service us for at least an hour, all tire shops and repair joints via google were closed or wouldn’t come to us. Called Bob’s as the very last google listed establishment. They sent Ryan out within 10 minutes of us hanging up. He got the tire off and spare on within 5 minutes!!! Headed to our dog show as if nothing happened and all thanks to this shop and crew! Thanks Ryan we will dedicate our wins today to you! 5/5 from start to finish!!!!
Excellent service!! we were on our way back to Canada, our car broke and Doug came in no time. Services provided was above and beyond, he even gave us a ride on his own time with his personal vehicle after dropping off our vehicle to a mechanic. Its rare now a days you find good hearted people. Highly recommended
I called Bob’s Towing to request a tow this afternoon for my semi truck that broke down on I-94 and I was treated with the utmost respect and concern. The lady who answered the phone didn’t hesitate to try and get a tow truck out to me and showed genuine concern and urgency. However, the company that I am leased to ended up calling roadside for me so I ended up canceling the tow but I will definitely call Bob’s Towing back in the future if I ever need a tow in the future.
My car broke down near Albertville, and my insurance dispatched Bob's Towing. David showed up to assist and was nothing but polite, helpful, and responsive. I did have to pay a little as the distance home was a bit beyond my insurance's policy, but David helped ensure my car was where it needed to be and that I was in a safe place as well.
Although I'd prefer not to become a "repeat customer" due to vehicle failure, I would definitely use Bob's Towing if and whenever needing a tow. They were friendly and professional in my regard, no complaints, only thanks!
I've used Bob's a few times however, last night far exceeded my expectations! My wife's car got a flat on the highway, near Clearwater, and with the weather plus lack of tools, I couldn't change it myself. We called for tow and Bob's took the call. The estimated time was 90 min, so I sent my wife on home in my car. David, from Bob's towing, sent a text letting me know he'd be there in 20 minutes. David did an amazing job! He changed the tire, filled the spare with air, gave me backroad directions to avoid the highway, and gave recommendations to me on how to possibly save the flat tire. Thanks for helping us out in a pinch, guys! Can't recommend them enough!
Two young men helped us recover our car, by the time we called insurance they were there within 15mins! Got loaded fast, gave us a ride. Highly recommend!!!!
Told them the vehicle was unable to start and that the key was placed in a location where they’d have access to it when towing. Whoever they sent to tow my vehicle decided to use the lockout kit to gain access into the vehicle. Key was outside the vehicle and was communicated clearly where the key was placed. When they used the lockout kit they damaged molding on my door and smashed/dented in metal above the door.
I was in a car accident on Friday night and this was the tow company called by police (was technically Saturday morning when they arrived). I was given no information on how much it was going to cost me and wasn't told that they charge you $50 daily for your car being there. By the time my boyfriend finally got the car out of their lot (3 days after the incident) the total was $680 to release the car. We tried to get it out the day before but they didn't answer the first few times and when we did get ahold of someone, they said we had to 'contact our insurance company first' and 'we are just trying to help save you money'. Contacting the insurance company didn't help and only prolonged having the car stuck there an extra day, which took more of the money we barely have. This company is a scam. I won't ever use them again.
I was in a car accident and they were the tow that was called, accident happened in Friday. So Monday was the soonest I could get things handled ie. insurance etc. they kick ya when you’re down. $200 a day. Had to beg, plead and borrow to get some essentials out of the vehicle before it was released, and only those. Hope I never have to use them again! Their business motto should be let’s see how bad we can screw people when they are at their worst. In response to the owners response, I did contact him per his request and never got a call back hmmm, interesting
