I had the best experience purchasing my car through Royal Drive! There was no-nonsense. We worked with Andrew and Jacob and both were transparent about the vehicle, checking that we understood the flaws in the vehicle (mainly just cosmetic from hail damage). They answered all the questions we had and I loved that their website provided the CarFax report for the vehicle so I could know the history before purchasing. The office is so warm and welcoming as well.

I just purchased a used hail damaged 2022 Jeep Compass as a new to me commuter. They're up front with their pricing and that they specialize in rebuilt titled vehicles. I was okay with the cosmetic flaws for the price discount offered compared to similar clean titled vehicles with more miles. Jacob and Andrew were easy to work with and thorough going through the details of the paperwork.

They were very upfront and didn’t hide anything from me, and on top of that at no point did I feel any type of pressure. Dealer seems to have fair pricing and good selection. We were looking to buy a vehicle from them however we live 7 hours away. We were willing to pay their $500 deposit to hold the vehicle but “according to company policy” they can only accept a deposit to hold in person. This seems very family unfriendly. Also seems like a terrible way of doing business. Moral of the story is that if you are from out of state, or any distance away, they do not value your time and efforts to get to their lot to purchase their vehicles.

We had the opportunity to get the truck inspected before purchase and Andrew was very responsive throughout the whole process.
