I have bout 2 vehicles from them and both times was a great experience from how the treated me and my 4 year old that was with me. I never got the feeling that were pushing certain vehicles or that were hiding anything. All around if you are looking for used car or truck definitely give them a call. Financing with them is easy and quick with no trying to up sell add ons.
Great experience for buying a car all around. Tristan was great from the get go. I started the whole thing over the phone and it was real easy going. Was planning on stopping in on my next day off but plans changed when I had gotten off early. Decided to stop by about 30 min before closing and the owner was the only one there. He had no problems when I went in. He offered to let me test drive a few cars and I was not made to feel rushed in any way. I decided on one and told them I'd be back on the following Saturday. Ended up changing my mind and went with a whole different vehicle. The whole experience was great! No pushy sales tactics. No constant phone calls. The only ones I got were the ones I asked for. It was hella chill and would definitely recommend.
Super easy to work with. Found a car went and looked at it and walked out the door with it within 2 hours. It’s my daughter first car bought on her own and he was amazing to work with. Now, buying a used vehicle shouldn't come with alot of hassles as they are over looked. But...
Over the course of the 30 days, things have came up, and for the most part were fixed. After 3 weeks of having the vehicle, the exhaust became extremely loud. I did take it for a second opinion and had to have half the exhaust replaced. When I presented this to the servicing department, they said basically because I didn't bring it back to them, there was nothing they could do. I sure hope this isn't the trend that happens moving forward.

Not only have I purchased a vehicle from them, I continue to get any service needs done with them, and recommend them for anyone looking for either! I truly appreciate their honest way of conducting business. Especially as a female, with little to no knowledge of mechanics, it’s so easy to be taken advantage or overcharged for things you don’t actually need. That’s never the case with these guys! I was in a pretty rough spot when I started a new job & my engine blew. I called Jacob in a panic to figure out what my options were & he gave great advice, worked with me in helping me use a rental for my new job & got me back on the road safely right away. I'll never buy a car anywhere else. I knew Jacob was a good guy as soon as I saw the dog in the lobby & he's exactly that! Trustworthy, kind and I will always recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I had an amazing experience buying my 2005 Volvo XC70 from Waseca County Auto Sales. This was my first time ever buying a car and Jacob was extremely helpful and trustworthy. He was very considerate of my concerns about the vehicle and repaired the passenger side window for me. I also had a very short time frame to purchase the car and ended up getting lost on my way to the dealership, but Jacob stayed an hour after closing to wait for me to get there—which I am beyond grateful for. Overall, very great costumer service and quick and easy process. I would 100% recommend buying a car from him.

Rating their Auto service. They changed my oil and messed up my screw, also bought tires from these guys and messed up one of my tires screw as well. I was told my a mechanic from tire plus about these damages.
I bought an awesome Jeep from Waseca County Auto Sales at a fair price. The owner was very accommodating with not only the financing but also helping me get my other vehicle back home. I would recommend this place all day long!
