I had a issue with our jeep grand cherokee they were recommended to me went there on a Tuesday car was ready on Thursday service was great Aaron's mom was great and the mechanic who talk to me was very knowledgeable of my issue explained it all to me and when I received my invoice it was very detailed and easy to understand. If needed I would definetly trust them with my vehicle
I had a corroded air valve cap that I was unable to get off myself. Being from out of town, I was unfamiliar with any auto repair shops. I took a chance on this shop and I'm so happy I did! They saw me right away and had the issue resolved in a matter of minutes. The entire experience was exceptionally fast and the price was very affordable. It's great to know there are still honest, highly skilled mechanics out there. I highly recommend stopping here for any auto needs!

Very poor customer service. I had my vehicle towed by them and upon arrival at the destination, my rear window was shattered. Aaron gave me the run around and after numerous phone calls I finally stopped into the shop to resolve the issue. He flat out refused to pay for the damages and would not even split the repair bill. Aaron said, "If I paid every time something was damaged I would be broke." Overall if you value your vehicle do not ever take it to Aaron's Automotive Towing and Repair. They do not take responsibility for their negligence.

Awesome experience with Aaron and this company! The wheel bearing went out on my Chevy Silverado on NYE and Aaron towed it home for us. Super great service, really nice guy, if we need towing or repair services again, I will definitely call him. His prices were quite a bit lower than expected too!

Had to have my truck towed from Owatonna to Plainview. They were fast and efficient. Very friendly. He even tried to troubleshoot the issue with us. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I got stuck in a ditch during a heavy snowfall. I went down the list on google for a towing company to pull me out ASAP. The bigger names were either rude, seemed to not be interested in my help, or had a wait time of over an hour. Not only was Aaron super friendly but he was so quick and came to pull out within minutes. His overall quick professionalism (on the phone and in person) saved not only my work day but also sanity that day. Thanks for your help!
These folks are awesome! Engine problems in my 2015 Prius by Albert Lea at 7pm on a Sunday night. He came and got me, took me all the way to the dealership in Maplewood for about half of what I thought it would be. Very professional and masked during the long drive.
Back in September, my spouse and I were on our way back home out of Minnesota and had gotten a flat tire due to debris. Our insurance had called us a tow and we were stuck on the interstate for a good hour and a half. It was a Sunday evening so auto shops were closed up or about to close up and we were on crunch time to buy a new tire and find a place that would change a tire for us. Aaron was our tow and had picked us up, taking us to the closest Fleet farm where we were able to buy a tire but since their auto shop closed by the time we arrived, were unable to fix our car. By the grace of God, Aaron went out of his way to take us to his shop free of mileage charge and fix our tire for a very great price. He didn't have to do that for us, but he went above and beyond and we are truly grateful for him. A great business man, mechanic, and person. He really is the definition of Minnesota Friendly!
To get my car towed took longer then I had hoped. I was under a deadline to have car fixed and it was done but I had to take it to another garage to have it fixed correctly. Aaron's automotive said the car would be done by the deadline I asked for and they put wrong size spark plugs in car. They refunded my the money for the plugs and labor.
Locked my keys. It was imperative I make the next appointment. Aaron completed the task promptly, with almost an hour to make my following appointment!. Thank you.

Recently lost control on I35 near Owatonna. Aaron came to my rescue very quickly. He pulled me out of snow bank. His fee was more than reasonable. He was extremely polite and helpful. When he saw that I was going to get lost looking for a place to wait out the ice on the road, he said follow me. He drove 3 miles out of his way right to the front door of the motel where we stayed overnight. That is SERVICE!!!!!!!
