Showed up to the dock to load 6 big bags of aluminum cans and the guy says, I’ll have to wait bc he’s about to go on break. Yeah sorry guy I’m on my break right now I’m not sitting here 20 minutes for you to take yours. Also how is this possible for a business to just flat out not be open on the weekends..

Always find what I need for projects. Will be back many times for metal.

They are rude and unfriendly.. They will quote you a price then pay you way less. Then tell you that they never told you the price they did. Will never go back to that place

Very rude very nasty asked if they could get something down from the top of the pile any tells me the machine does it run for free if it's not on the ground tough will never go here again, Would rather pay full braise

I give a one-star rating only because there is not a zero rating. I called ahead and described my yellow brass and got a price quote before transporting it to them. When I delivered the product to them as described they said they would take it for free only. I took it to Mankato then they gladly accepted my brass at a better price. Never do business with Owatonna metal recycling!!

over all it is a great place! But a Saturday once a month or stay open until 5 PM. once / month! would be great
