On Friday, my Jeep wouldn’t start due to the cold weather and what I believe was a dead battery. I called this company to request a jump so I could get the battery replaced. A technician came out and first tried using a jumper pack, which was dead. He then attempted to jump my Jeep using his truck, but it still didn’t work. Despite the service being unsuccessful, I was still charged $85.
Later, my dad drove three hours to help me. He hooked up his Pontiac Vibe to my Jeep, and within an hour it started without any issues. Based on this experience, I feel I was charged for a service that was not properly performed. I would not recommend this company.
After 6 hours of trying to get a jump/tow truck through my emergency service provider, I gave up and just called Andy's directly. They were SO KIND and came in less than an hour! I wished I would have just called them directly to begin with!! 10 out of 10!!! So reminder to everyone with roadside services... if you're getting the runaround, just call a great company like Andy's on your own and get reimbursed. THANK YOU ANDY'S!
I called Andy's today to get my daughter assistance with her car. With it being -20 today, her car would not start and needed to get it jumped. I called and talked with Brandy (sp.) she was helpful in getting my daughter "scheduled" ASAP as she had to go to work (she said an hour but fortunately it was much quicker). When they got there to assist my daughter, she said the gentleman was "very sweet" (her words). I'm so thankful for the prompt service as we could get to there to assist her nearly as quickly. I know this is a seemingly little thing, but so happy Andy's was dependable when I couldn't be there to help.
Me and my wife were blown off the highway in the middle of the night, a state trooper helped us out of the ditch, we were happy to be out of the ditch but our fender was pushed in and contacting the tire, THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME, never in my life have I had a tow company come out in record time, had great service and prices but actually Helped out in pulling the fender off my tire!!! DANIEL IS THE MAN, he was respectful, understanding and creative to the situation MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!

During a recent mishap when our car slid on an icy road and got hung up on the roadside plowing, we called Andy’s. We were pleased with the quick response time and the friendly service provided by the tow operator, John. A good ending to an unexpected situation.
These guys are idiots there driver was riding my butt all the way down 94 into clearwater and also on highway 24. You dont need to be going 80mph to get to a tow on icy roads especially if i am in a 1 ton truck maybe the reason i am going the speed limit is cuz the roads are bad and when i put my hazard lights on it means back off DO NOT RIDE MY ASS like an idiot!!!
My daughter went in to try to get her vehicle back and they gave her such a hard time and they even she even had a bill of sale proof of ownership of this vehicle and they still did not want to return the vehicle and then her title was in her car. It would not let her go get it. They really suck.
Absolutely disgusting business. Got our car towed visiting our friend in a townhouse (no signage at all) called this company to see if we can come get our car they said no you can come get it at 8 am. Mind you we are stranded in Rice and home is an hour away. We asked when it got towed it was about an hour prior. So you can come tow them whenever but won’t release them until the next day? And then the guy on the phone said “yeah sorry I guess don’t park in the wrong spot” this townhome association is in the middle of no where.
Chris was amazing on a Saturday night when I had my 3 young girls with me. Our alternator went out on I-94 right by St Cloud and from the dispatcher to our driver, Chris, they were all incredible. Chris made sure we were safe and honestly made the best of a scary situation for me. The girls loved riding in a tow truck! Thank you Andy's for providing such incredible service!
My husband got into a wreck yesterday and Andy's Towing was amazing! Went in the afternoon and had no problem getting to our car to clean it out. Also we wish we could spend all day talking to John he was so nice :) Thanks yall for all you did!

Trailer broke down on the side of the road . From the time I called and got the trailer loaded on flatbed was only 1.5 hours. That is great service. Vance was very good at his job. He was very professional and great to work with,
50 miles from home late on a rainy Friday, my husband and I were coming home from a camping trip when our truck broke down. We had a pickup camper and were towing a trailer - a big rig. I called Andy's Towing and got quick response. Andrew towed our rig to the garage in St. Cloud and even parked it in the bay because it was undriveable. Andrew was confident, capable and reassuring at a time when we were feeling overwhelmed. He turned a difficult situation into one we could manage. My car had a broken control arm on the side of the road. Kirk arrived promptly, took time to carefully jack up the car before hooking up to his truck to minimize damage. He towed it up my steep driveway, carefully navigated the small parking pad at the top, backed into a tight spot and helped safely place it on jack stands. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.
Vance was awesome - made it quickly to save us from the heat and the side of 94. Excellent customer service and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Andys is the tow company to call in St. Cloud.
Highly Recommend!! Broke down on highway on a Saturday in the rain. Quick response time. Even called to tell me he was on his way & left me his #. When he arrived he was very calming and took every precaution to make sure I was safe as I got out of the truck.
Andy's has been there when I needed them. Seriously showed up got my yukon to dealership in record time... with me still making it to work on time. Every driver and dispatcher i have had pressure of dealing with has been amazing!!!! Thank you for all that you do...your business is not easy. Dealing with people in stressful time!!!!
I cannot express how awesome the crew at Andy’s is. They went out of their way to get my truck out of the ice. When you ice fish as long and as much as I do you need reliable people. Andy’s are those people. The crew was amazing. Hung out on the ice while they worked and all I can say is “professional!” If you need help call them.
Saw one of their trucks stop at Holiday gas station in North Branch, and wanted to compliment not only the cleanliness of their truck but the professionalism shown by how well the vehicle is secured to the truck. There is absolutely more than one way to “properly” secure a vehicle to the bed of these trucks, but mostly this driver had all four proper points of tie down/securement as well as the winch line versus other “lazy” drivers who just slap the winch line and one rear chain on which is not safe — the winch alone is not a safe securement device. The ONLY thing that was “missing” would be the additional “safety chain” at the front of the bed separate from the winch and main tow down equipment. Otherwise though if they transport all their vehicles this way I’d absolutely be willing to trust them with my own if I ever broke down out in their service area! Keep up the great work and providing that positive professional image!
They will take alot of your money. I had had my motorcycle there for a week it cost me 4205.56 to get it out.! Ridiculous! Andy's is a very crap company. I ended up just giving them my Victory motorcycle. Great job Andy's took another person for their vehicle.
I arranged a tow with Andy’s Towing from St. Cloud to Avon and provided full contact info, including my coworker for payment. After drop-off, the driver sat in his truck from 2:15 to 2:45 without once approaching me despite me standing visibly in the lot the entire time. No attempt was made to communicate, and we assumed he was just waiting on his next job. We later found out he stayed until 3:45 and charged a $50 late fee without ever trying to speak to me or resolve payment.
When I called to ask why, I was met with rude, unhelpful excuses. One rep (possibly named Jason) even called me “impatient” after forgetting he had put me on hold. I never hung up, I was waiting the whole time.
Unprofessional, lazy, and shockingly poor customer service. Avoid Andy’s Towing at all costs.
I would like to give a huge thanks to the crew that helped us today. I work for a small company, and due to unfortunate circumstances our driver went into the ditch with a full load. Thank goodness no one was hurt!! His full load had in it what we call "super sacks" they're bags that can hold up to 2000 pounds of our product. Coming from personal experience, if you tip over one of those bags, it's a chore getting it back up right. The crew at Andy's towing did a great job getting all 20 of our bags back to us still intact. Thank you, we appreciate it greatly!!
We dealt with John and he was the best. The circumstance behind it sucked. We sold a car 2.5 years ago and the new owner never transferred the title. The car got impounded because the "owner" was driving without a license, insurance and tabs, so we received a letter that we were responsible for the car. John was so patient with all my questions and so understanding. Although he couldn't fix the problem for us, (there are laws they must follow) he made the process a lot smoother. We truly appreciate him. It brought our stress level down significantly.
I called Andy towing via my insurance to tow my son's car to his Dorm, since it won't start, and they were very prompt in arriving not only did they tow the car, the driver also helped my son to jump start the car and then gave him pointers on how to keep it running so it doesn't happen again . I am really grateful for their support and help. grade A customer service, will definitely use them again. very satisfied customer
I needed to have my car towed to the shop when it suddenly wouldn’t start so I called Andy’s Towing to help me out and first of all, they answered the phone quickly, the lady who I spoke with was friendly and informative, and they were able to send someone pretty much right away. This tells me they are staffed well, and likely don’t overwork people. Secondly, the driver, Mitch, came right away, called to let me know he was on his way and to get help finding my house (GPS always tells people to go through the alley for some reason), and he had a jump pack to jumpstart my car so we could get it out of the garage to more easily access the tow….hitch thingies that are located on the front of this particular car. He definitely knew what he was doing. The whole thing was just so quick and easy and made a stressful thing a little bit easier so 10/10, would recommend.
Recent storms left several people needing help turning pontoons and lifts upright. Not sure where to turn to, Andy’s Towing was recommended. The two gentlemen were kind, respectful, and hard working. They worked well together to solve each situation. They did not let working in water bother them. Pricing was reasonable considering the work they had to do. Thank you! We are grateful for their service and recommend them for boat rescue as well as their other services.
Called Andy’s Towing twice this week, once with a semi rollover and another time with a heavy piece of farm equipment that blew out a tire on the highway. Fast professional service both times and can’t say enough good things about Joe who responded both times. Thanks again Andy’s
