My sons vehicle had a flat tire at Sartell Walmart. After calling AAA and having an absolutely horrid towing company come out. They removed his tire but his donut was also bad so they left him without the assistance he needed. They were only interested in him being towed. When he refused they left. Before work I ended up taking his tire to discount tire to get it fixed. Then we webt back to his vehicle and call AAA again. This time Central Towing was sent out. This is what employees of tow companies should act like. Luke had great customer service and he was so fast that I was able to get to work without being late and my son was able to take his vehicle home. My son is special needs and I intensely dislike individuals trying to take advantage of him. I think in the future, if he ever needs anything else, we'll make sure to request Central Towing. Thank you Luke! I hope they give you a raise, hon, because you definitely deserve it.

Their prices are very reasonable, and even if you change the drop-off address, they are flexible and don’t charge too much. The team is very professional, kind, and respectful. Great experience! Broke down on I94 outside St. Cloud and help was there within 30 mins. Logan was very diligent and made sure I was up and running prior to leaving, even going the extra mile to make a couple trips back to town to get what I needed. Highly recommend!
