Ben was our tow truck driver and he was amazing! He got to us quickly and was extremely efficient. He even helped us figure out how to put our car in neutral because we could not figure it out. 10/10 would recommend.
Do not TOW with them unless you wanted to be stuck with a huge bill and deal unprofessional worker. Got into an accident and called the police who called for my car to be towed. If I had known I wouldn't have let them call them in the first place. Made my accident Situation HELL. The guy who came to town my car was so rude and unprofessional. Mind you I was still in a state of shock after just getting into an accident. On top of that, that "storage fee" was so stupidly ridiculous. Your better leaving your car in the middle of the street then to Tow will "All Care Towing" They literally do not care.
My sons car was towed after a collision. The other driver called for the tow as it was his fault. After arriving 2 days after the tow on a Monday the tow and storage was already over $600. I got the run around from two different insurance companies taking over two weeks to find out the at fault driver was uninsured. It was at this time on my second trip to all care that I found out you could stop the $70 per day storage by signing over the title. This vehicle was not worth the cost of the tow and storage and was clearly a total loss. Why would a company not recommend signing over the title on the first interaction. Yes this was a different situation as the at fault party was not upfront about the uninsured status. Come All care. Communicate with customers to help them make informed decisions while they are in rough situations. What would you want to know? Not impressed and avoiding all future use if possible.

Towed a vehicle that shouldn't have been towed. The vehicle was parked in the designated parking, where it should have been. Refused to correct or acknowledge any wrong doing on there part and was forced to pay $232 to get the vehicle back, that was in their possession for less than 2 hours and moved less than 5 miles.
Extremely supportive and professional personnel. Gave me the right advice and decide to jump my vehicle instead of towing it. Even told me where to get a good battery from. Their empathy truly saved me $100’s and I am forever grateful!
I was T boned and allcare towed my truck I just asked to get a few things out of truck that had meaning to me and the guy told me I needed like 10 different things to get stuff out of there and pay half the tow the tow was almost $600 just for in town and on the same day. Those things consisted of my registration which I had, insurance etc.. it was like he didn’t want me to get my things and like he wanted to keep them, I thought that was very sleazy as I had just been in a bad accident your going to do everything you can to keep my personal things absolutely disgusting
I’m being charged a debt that is NOT mine. They have sent a debt of over $1600 to collections destroying my credit for a vehicle that they towed that is not even mine! The vehicle wasn’t registered to me nor was it ever. This is actually ILLEGAL! You will be hearing from my lawyer. Crooks!
DO NOT USE! DISHONEST!!! I hit a deer with my truck on a Friday morning and my truck wasn't driveable. When I was talking to the driver I was told that there would be no out of pocket expense if the truck was towed to their lot and they would deal with my insurance. When I called them Monday to see if they would tow it to the repair shop I was told that I would have to pay the $704 tow bill myself (it was a 17 mile tow and 4 days storage on their muddy lot) and they do not deal with insurance. I was straight up lied to. $50 a day storage fee on a mud lot is ridiculous. They aren't open Saturday or Sunday to get your vehicle but still charge the storage fee.
OMG, like, I can’t even with All Care Towing Inc. So, I was, like, totally stranded and called them for help, thinking they’d be super reliable, you know? But when they finally showed up, it was, like, a disaster.
First of all, the driver was, like, super rude and totally in a rush. And then, to make it worse, they totally flattened my tires while trying to tow my car! I was, like, seriously freaking out! I mean, how do you even manage that?
When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were, like, totally unhelpful. I ended up having to pay extra to fix my tires, which is, like, so unfair. I thought I was getting help, but instead, they just made everything worse.
Honestly, I’m never calling them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Ugh, just the worst experience ever! You will be hearing from my lawyer
I had to have my car towed back to my house and these guys were very pleasant to work with! Dimitry was the guy we had I believe. I couldn't have asked for more friendly staff and the price was very reasonable! Y'all made this entire experience alot less stressful and our driver, again, was awesome! I'll recommend y'all to everyone I know for sure.
Horribly insensitive people. Talked to me disgusting as I was very respectful asking to just get my sons 1st birthday photos out of the car. Wanted almost $300 for pick up or we’d have to pay at least half just to get something out of the car. Rude greedy money hungry company. If you need a tow or anything go to someone else.
Edit in response to what the company said back: when I told you I’d get in contact with the owners to see if they’d come down and help me out what was your response? “Somebody’s gonna have to pay” although it wasn’t my car I wanted one thing. MY SONS PHOTOS. My only memories of my child. I was willing to do whatever to get in contact with that person and you’re so greedy that you still wouldn’t allow unless your pockets got filled. Cussing towards me on the phone when I was nothing but Respectful. So like I said, disgusting rude and greedy company. Who knows how you handle the cars if this is how you handle people coming to you respectfully.

I need To explain how I do this first I wait at least 24 hours before I write a bad review and I don't like writing bad reviews. when a person gets treated the way I have been treated by this company numerous times now. I feel that it's necessary to share that experience. so... I was at the DMV the electrical on my $500 car is messed up so it stayed on while I was in the DMV on Monday a few hours. My battery was dead when l came out this happens you know. so I called the roadside assistance who called all care Of all places they called all care so all care This place is horrible I have never had a good experience with them and this was no exception I waited over an hour and nobody showed up i called they said they would be there in 45 minutes. 45 minutes away after 1 hour of waiting. They said they just got the order I know that's not true so I I tried to cancel the order, and they said I couldn't cancel because it was past the grace period well that's ridiculous because they were not on their way I went inside the DMVWhere 2 nice men in red shirts Collin's brothers towing. who were sitting there as well waiting just like i had. I asked them if they had a minute and if they Could by any chance jump start my car and they did. which was really really kind of them because they didn't have to do that they weren't even working at the time it was just a very nice thing they did they were at the DMV doing their own business you know so I want to give a shout out to Brent at Collin brothers on this page of all cares because I want you to know that people are good in the world you guys don't have to be a******* to every customer that you have just because you're a toe company doesnt mean you have to be bullies And the money you're making right now is devil money you're not you're not good people so it pays to be a good person everyone's gonna know what slime you are when they have running with you so it would be in your best interest to just change your evil ways unfortunately I'll never give you any stars because you suck and you don't make things right and you have not apologized and you're a bunch of Jack a**** I waited more than 24 hours I've waited 2 or 3 days now to make this post so I have waited and tried to be less angry and I'm still not less angry with you I've had very good runnings with toe companies lately and you're not one of them. Jordan is honestly the most kind person I've ever met! I had to tow my car that wasn't running to a shop in town and he was the most helpful in the situation. I recommend anyone who has a domestic tow to call allcare!! they will kindly help with no judgement or opinions! just fantastic!

Horrible inconsiderate company, just looking to make fast cash trolling parking lots. Briefly parked in a loading zone to pick up my son because it was dark and no parking spaces by the door, came back out a few minutes later because he wasn't ready yet and a tow truck was hooked up. Refused to lower unless I gave him $65.00 while I'm holding a child and standing outside. Driver was inconsiderate, rude and condescending. Total leach.
Can’t be trusted to tow with care! Picked my car up and they had punctured my front tire (front wheel drive vehicle) in two spots, one in the middle of the tread and the other was directly on the other side of the tire in the middle of the tread. It was like they pinched it with something to grab the tire. They denied doing it and wouldn’t pay for it. The tire was new and was perfect before they picked it up!
They had me pay ahead of time and then they changed their eta from 30 minutes to 5 hours but did not let me know ahead of time. I had already paid nearly $250 to get my vehicle unlocked in the freezing cold. I had this super model boo thang with me too and made me look like a complete turbo virgin. I hope their business fails. They charged me a $20 fee for canceling my order or whatevs. Totally blew then this burly man got in my car lickety split. Don't know why it's so hard to drive to someone and unlock their car especially for $250.
They are prejudiced. There is a man with a long beard. He's in bad shape. I genuinely feel sorry for him. He is irrationally angry and miserable. People must realize that being white does not make them better. He thinks his presence is the reason the Sun is out. but I made him feel worthless.
Towed a friends vehicle from a spot they said was designated parking without a designated sign.. not their fault, though. That was a couple of years ago, and I was upset and almost rated them one star. Recently, they came through. They were quick to get a half disassembled vehicle that a mr. smooth left an abandoned at my house. He didn't care the city was threatening a fine. Why would he after using me not paying rent for 8 months, trashing my home, and stealing from me. Anyways, thank you ALL CARE for making a dark sitituation brighter!
I have had to use these guys a couple times in the last few months. Great service and they took care of me. They gave me a ride to where I needed to be(it was on the way) and dropped off my car. Fantastic customer service.
Such amazing people! Called about my lock out and they made it here in less than 10 minutes and took less than 5 minutes to unlock my truck. God bless them and I highly recommend this company for anything!
I went there to pick up my car that was towed. The gentleman helping me was VERY rude! I have never had a car towed so I was not used to the procedure as I do not work in this industry every day. He could've shown a little empathy as I work in customer service also but I have never treated anyone like he did. If it is ever my choice, I would not use AllCare Towing again!
I contacted All Care Towing last night for a dead battery with potential tow since it was parked on the street. Jason promptly came out and attempted jump start first rather than automatically towing. Jason was able to get my vehicle started, explained the appropriate way to connect jumper cables and how long a vehicle should remain running to charge after being jumped. Jason was very knowledgeable and personable. Awesome service and would recommend!
They were super fast and friendly. Jeff arrived within 20 minutes and had my car towed to the garage of my choice in no time. Their prices for in-town tows can't be beat. I will definitely use then again if I ever need a tow!

Plain and simple, they are crooks. They towed my car from my apartment with the permit inside. Once I showed them the permit they didn't care. Oh did I mention I broke my wrist while trying to chase them down? the driver was rude and wouldn't allow me to go get any money for a drop. A drop would have been $80 but I paid $180 because they took it.when I got to their lot to retrieve my car there was nobody even there it was closed I had to wait 45 minutes for somebody just show up so I could give them all my money. It was fun. My neighbor just got their car towed a few days ago. They were told by the driver they had 2 minutes (pretty much impossible) to go get money to pay for a drop. When they ran to get their money the driver quickly finished securing the car then drove out quickly to the street to take possession. Once the person came back with drop money they were told it was too late. They are contracted to patrol the many apartments buildings where I live, except they don't do that. They don't check on a daily basis. Maybe once a month or if somebody complains. Then they show up and tow 10 people in one day. Bottom line, they'll lie to you so they can get more money by taking your car to their lot. They are rude and condescending. I'm not the only one who thinks this, obviously. You can tell by the way they are responding to the reviews on this post that they're jerks. They don't deserve anyones business and I will keep telling everyone I know! I will be contacting the Mayor to ask why the city uses this company and also the better bureau. No need to respond. Smooches!
Impeccable customer service. Nick came out to help me bring my car to a mechanic in town, but we were able to get my car started instead. He went above and beyond to give me the best customer service possible. He was genuinely there to help. I will be recommending this place to everyone. Great prices and great people.
