Recently brought my Subaru in! Called and they got me in the next day. Russ was great and figured out my problem in 30 minutes! Very reasonable prices!

Highly recommend. Joe, Scott and Renee are all fabulous to work with. Owner operated as well so they truly care about doing things correctly. I bring all our cars there.

I had a car emergency situation over the Christmas holiday. The care and handling of my issue was exceptional given the holiday time off for all staff. It was addressed as soon as possible and I'm beyond satisfied.

I brought my son ford escape there for a oil change and ask them to check out the front end for a grinding noise turn out to be a hub bearing they were able to do it the same day I was very happy there we’re able to get in right way. Great service

I bought my GMC Terrain from tAnderson Auto and it has held up pretty well since. Every time I need auto work, I will always go to them.

Don’t take your car here for AC problems. Took my car in for AC that wasn’t working, high and low side pressures were opposite what they were supposed to be on the AC pressure gauge indicating something really wrong with the system. I told them about the pressures and what I thought it could be. They evac and filled with freon and called and said it was fixed. It was not fixed and it didn’t make a difference like I knew it wouldn’t. Brought it back in and they could not find the problem but said it was probably something electrical. Would have to bring it in again for more troubleshooting. Oh but they evac and filled it one more time. 320$ in and no closer to fixing the problem. Now the compressor doesn’t cycle at all. Also they left a battery terminal loose which caused the engine light to come on and throw a code. Not happy with my experience.

I would never take my vehicle to this mechanic. If I could rate this place 0 stars or negative stars, I would. I went in for an oil change. They replaced my oil filter with an incorrect one. It came loose, leaked my oil, and my engine seized up. They did replace the engine, free of charge. However, it took about a month and a half before I got my vehicle back. Additionally, they had no record of the mileage of the replacement engine, nor could they tell me whether or not it was from a totaled vehicle. Considering my engine, which I did know the mileage and accident history, was wrecked through their negligence, I would expect that any replacement would come with similar information. Otherwise there is no way to verify if it is a suitable and fair replacement. Despite several calls for this information, this auto shop has not provided the information. ANY other mechanic replacing an engine would provide these basic facts to the owner of the vehicle. Furthermore, the engine clips were broken off and not replaced and a random wire was spliced into the engine. They will not explain why the wire had to be spliced in. If you like your vehicle, go anywhere but here.

A bit pricey, but overall very good customer service and good work. I guess u get what u pay for and I already have another appointment scheduled for rear brakes and shocks.

My wife, my mother, and I have all had service recently, and the staff was very helpful and personable. They repaired our vehicles at a reasonable rate.

Had a leveling kit installed by them along with new rims and tires on a f150...did an amazing job and it has now made the truck unique and not like every other black Ford driving down the road

Nobody likes car problems, but they make them go away. So I have no complaints. They are friendly, thorough, and I drove away paying less than expected.

1 wheel bearing replaced. 1 hour start to finish on being fixed. Cost $174 in labor. 1 1/2 hour wait time on car being seen with appointment. Good quality.

Very impressed! They bent over backwards to get me taken care of when 4 other shops sent me on the road for a flat tire. Got me fixed up even though they were booked to the gills. Thank you for your true kind customer service!

Couldn't get three seized lugs off. They got one loose and stripped the others. Then busted a piece of metal off my frame along the edge. It's rusty but I have been using that spot to jack my car for over a year. Thanks so much Anderson Auto for nothing.

Anderson’s has done great work for me on older and newer vehicles and has given accurate estimates that gave me good value for top notch work. I don’t trust many auto repair shops, but they have never disappointed me!

My check engine light came on Sunday night. Monday morning I called and arranged an appointment for Tuesday morning. Less than 2 days to fix a car from problem to finish seems pretty quick to me. Very reasonable prices too. Other places in the area wanted twice as much to fix it (and this was several years ago). I will be back when service is needed again!

Always receive great service. No company is perfect (4 stars). Customers have to understand , mistakes can be made and problems with today's vehicles not readily diagnosed . Don't whine, work with them. The crew at Anderson Auto have always come thru. In my experiences with them.

I used to be a regular until I brought my Dodge Ram that only blew cold air on the hwy. soon as you stopped moving it was blowing warm air after the second time or third time in the shop as they needed to keep ordering parts they wanted to order some kit. After a bill of more then 700.00 I couldn’t take it anymore and told them to forget it ..... I was charged for stuff they threw at it and it still doesn’t work. I didn’t want to keep gambling. Haven’t been back since. Just my story. Go ahead Good luck

Called monday after work. Was able to drop it off tuesday morning and it was done by the time i got off work at 3. They also were cheaper then all other qoutes by $500. By far the best experience in a long time. Will definetely be using them again if i have to.

Gave them 2 opportunities to balance my tires on my 2015 dodge and they made the vibrations worse...and wouldn't refund my money after 2 attempts. They nstead wanted me to drive 3 hours and return to their shop so they could try it again. Shame on me for giving them 2 shots at it already. Brought my car to a dealer who showed me that Anderson did not remove the factory balance weights before applying new ones. The dealer did it right and removed all weights and rebalanced the right way.I'm on the road again. Anderson technicians are sub-par.

We were recently @ Giant's Ridge for a get-a-way and ended up in need of a tow on a Saturday with an immediate repair. Joe and Bobby we're amazing to work with. We really appreciated their willingness and attentiveness. Thanks guys!

We really appreciate the full service provided by Anderson Auto Service. They helped us repair our Palimino Trailer when we had trouble with a wheel and bearings. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you especially to Joe Vesel who helped us get our camper to Anderson's and get our family back on the road to Minneapolis.
