Fantastic service!!! Vehicle was in a tight spot and unable to be driven. Aiden got the job done with no damage and didn’t have his girlfriend riding along and doing the controls like those other guys did!! Very fair pricing!!
Damaged the interior and bumper to my car totaling $1200, owner won’t take responsibility and comes up with any excuse of how it couldn’t possibly happen. Save your money and time and choose a different company and do yourself a favor in advance!
I live 11 miles out of town and this was the quickest response time I’ve ever had. Great customer service from start to finish. I needed an amendment to my receipt for insurance and received it in minutes after the call. Will definitely use again if assistance needed. Kudos!!!
The guys at Iron Range have been ready and quick service every time I've called. They've gotten me out of a few pinches and for a lot cheaper than any other local towing service. The tire shop is great too, L&M and Jack and Don's both refused service to me for mounting 3 tires, I took them to Iron Range Tire and didn't even make it home before they had called me and had them ready to go!!! No chance I'll be using anyone else in the future.
Save your $$ and call AAA instead. Call Iron Range this morning for a jump. They quoted me $200. A guy showed up in a pickup with jumper cables. He could not get it started with his cables & told me his jumper box doesn't work well in the cold. After 15 minutes of trying unsuccessfully, said he still needed to charge me. While I understand there should be some trip charge - $200 for a job NOT done is not a win / win.
Completely Disappointing Service.
I had a terrible experience with this tow truck company. Not only did they take much longer than promised to arrive, but when they finally showed up, the driver was rude and unprofessional. They damaged my vehicle during the tow, and when I tried to address the issue, they basically just shrugged it off.
To top it off, I was charged far more than I was quoted, with zero explanation. The customer service was awful when I called to resolve the situation—they kept passing me off to different people, none of whom seemed to care or have any answers.
I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by Iron Range towing. My car was towed without proper notice or justification, causing unnecessary stress and wasted money.
I understand towing policies, but this situation was completely unfair. I wasn’t given any prior warning or clear signage that would’ve indicated my car was at risk. The staff I interacted with were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. Additionally, the towing fee was excessive, and the entire process felt like a money grab rather than a legitimate service.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will be escalating this issue further. This was an unacceptable experience.
After waiting several hours for another towing service, we called iron range. They came in less than 45 minutes, were courteous, and did a great job. Would recommend!
