Recently I was looking for a ysed vehicle for my son who is currently a college student. I test drove a few cars posted on Craigslist and Facebook Market Place. All of cars tested got some issues like severe vibrations from their drivetrain, alignment issues, or even difficult to get started or stopped, while the seller described those cars as like new. I found those sellers are not honest for the item descriptions of their postings. I decided to stay with reputable sellers to avoid wasting my time, so I discovered a posting by Mr Brett Broghammer from Integrity Autosource, Inc., on Facebook Market Place, for a high mileage 2013 BMW X5 XDrive35. When I picked the SAV for test drive on Saturday, I asked Brett if he wanted to make a copy of my driver license/insurance card, he said no, as he trusted me and he did not need anything from me for a test drive the X5. The X5 ran and looks beyond what I expected for a 10-year-old vehicle. I drove it home and had my wife looked the SAV, we decided to get it for our son. It only took less than 60 minutes from test drive the SAV to sign all the paperwork. What a speed for buying a used car! I think I will get all cars for my family need from Brett in the future. I do not hesitate to recommend Brett to any of my friends who are in the market for a vehicle either new or used. Brett is the man you can trust when you need to buy a vehicle.

Just bought my second car from Brett. I was looking for a Durango with a very specific and hard-to-find combination of options and features. It had to be one of two model years, with a certain threshold for mileage. Brett found the EXACT vehicle we were looking for and I paid less than similar (but not fully equipped) models I'd seen at other dealers. And the purchase process was so smooth and easy. We purchased a Land Rover from Integrity Auto Source and we live out of state. Brett was so easy to work with and extremely upfront. Dealing with Brett at Integrity has made me a customer for life! Long story, but needs to be told. I found a Dodge Charger at Integrity Auto $2.5k cheaper than the other two places I test drove. Not only did it have the fewest miles, but it was in the best condition (I am a little O.C.D. when it comes to vehicles). I live over a hour away and Brett had it detailed and windows tinted for me before I even handed him the check from my bank. He simply trusted our verbal agreement! Next, there was a short in the system that showed the AWD needed to be serviced so the car was delivered to Barnett Dodge to be looked over as Brett insisted. Later that day the technician at Barnett called me to explain the problem and after I called Brett to let him know what happened he had a driver pick up my vehicle and deliver it all the way back to my door! I hate dealing with salesman, but Brett was by far the best part of buying a new car (maybe a close second to owning a blacked out Dodge Charger R/T Max).

I cannot say enough great things about Brett and Integrity Autosource. Car shopping has been dreadful in my previous experiences, but I am so thankful to know that will never be the case again! My wife initially worked with Brett when she was seeking a new (to us) vehicle, Now, as she may read this I can't go into particulars...but suffice it to say she does not have the easiest time coming to a decision so I knew it would be a labor for Brett! That said, he handled things amazingly! He took the time to find out what her key wants were and searched until he found her happy place! She has been in her car for a year and a half now and still loves it every time she is behind the wheel! After her experience I figured I would also give Brett a try. I had my wish-list items set on a late model Ford Fusion (2013 or later) with All Wheel Drive. I provided Brett my price point and asked him to find a better deal than I had been finding on the myriad of car sites out there. Well, lo and behold, I get a call a few days later from Brett asking me if I was interested in a NEW (2015) Fusion. I let him know that I didn't think that would work for what I had given as a price point. Brett walked me through what he could do working with Ford directly and to my amazement I was able to get a brand new 2015 Fusion with the options I let him know I needed AND more! It is the first brand new car I have ever owned, and I am so glad I did!!! I cannot tell you if I will go "new" again when I buy my next car...but I can tell you I will buy my next car from Brett. Between the work he did on finding my wife's vehicle and the effort he put in to finding the best solution for what I wanted I can unequivocally say that "Integrity" is not a brand name to Brett and his team...it is a value that they work tirelessly to achieve. I was in the market for a new vehicle and was made aware of Brett and Integrity through my Credit Union (Cities Credit Union) and from the first time I spoke with Brett, I knew I had made the correct choice.
