Johna and Mechanical Technician Mike are amazing. They really help walk you through everything you need or may need in th future. No BS and the honesty goes a long way. I feel like I get both at Fairway. It’s also a HUGE PLUS they are a “one-stop shop”. They literally can do it all there in house. That’s always convenient knowing no matter what I need, they will take care of it without having to out source. I recommend Fairway to my friends and family with no hesitation and will continue moving forward. Thank you for all your help guys. ❤️
They were awesome! Dustin understood that my goal was to try and get the car roadworthy for my daughter again. The cosmetic end of it was secondary. They helped me do this, even though this wasn’t going to be their biggest repair of the week, they gave me the same attention and customer service as if it had been a job that was five times its size
I've used Fairway several times over the years and have never had an issue or questioned whether I was being over charged or taken advantage of. I highly recommend them and can't say enough about how they take care of people not their bottom line.

My service at Fairway collision couldn’t have been better. And it’s always been excellent over the last three decades where I’ve taken all my cars when they need bodywork. The problem is explained clearly, options are offered along with pricing and scheduling is easy. The quality of work also is excellent.
I've been a customer twice - once for a minor body repair and once after hitting a deer. Both times the service was amazing -- I love how the staff communicates updates regularly, I got my car back quickly and felt like the pricing was fair and reasonable!
The staff were very personable, did a great job of explaining things. The work was done even faster than they suggested. Results look like new. Highly recommend.

Just had some minor bumper damage fixed at Fairway and my experience was amazing. It was done faster than expected and once again they did a full detail of my car before I picked it up. This is my third time using Fairway and as long as they’re there, I’ll never use anybody else.
Communication from the shop was quick, concise and professional. The body repairs on my vehicle were complete in under two days and my car looked like-new once finished, with the interior and exterior cleaned as well. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Having previously used Fairway years ago, they were my first stop for an estimate after someone sideswiped my car and left. The associate who helped me (unfortunately I don't remember his name) took my car into their work area to clean the damage area up and get pictures. He brought my car back good as new, with the damage completely buffed out, at no charge for his time and effort! I walked in expecting a large estimate, and unsure whether I should run it through insurance, and left with a good-as-new car and no expense! Fairway will continue to be my first stop for estimates in the future!
I brought the car in to repair hail damage & clean up a few other minor dings. Fairway did an amazing job with all of that. While it was in the shop, a tech accidentally backed it into a bracket on their garage, resulting in minor damage to the rear bumper. Fairway totally owned the mistake. In addition to repairing that damage at no cost to me, they fixed other damage that had previously been done to the bumper. They also repaired part of my convertible top at no cost to me.
I have used Fairway for several repairs over the years. They consistently exceed expectations. I would highly recommend them. And Zach who was my primary contact throughout the repair was awesome.
Had my bumper replaced here. Was paying out of pocket, so I got 2 other quotes from auto body shops nearby, and fairway came in way cheaper. They did a great job, and they were super quick to finish, and super quick to get me in. (Got me in almost immediately, the other shops were a month out). Hopefully I never need to come back, but I would if I need to.

We have used Fairway Collision several times on different vehicles with great results. This repair was done incredibly quickly with the same great attention to detail. We have moved about 20 miles away but willingly made the trip back to Fairway because we knew the repair would be completed to our satisfaction.
I was recently referred here by a friend for new tires, brakes, oil and filter change, fuel filters and a new leaf springs for my truck the guys at fairway are absolutely amazing! Super clear communication and I had my truck back the same day! Plus they washed it! I’m a customer for life and you should be too!
Never thought that I’d have to worry about a car shop putting DUCT TAPE on my car (How tacky). I was recently in a car accident and I was t-boned on the passenger side of my vehicle. While they’re working on my vehicle, I was on vacation so they had it finished while I was out of town. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick it up until a week later, so they left it out in the lot baking in the hot sun for 7 days. When I went to pay for my deductible and pick up my car, I was unaware that they had placed duct tape on my rear bumper (opposite side of where my claims was for - they were not authorized to work on this side of the vehicle). I was pretty upset to find this as I was not expecting them to put duct tape on the opposite side where the incident had happened. When I told Brian how I felt about it and asked if this is something they can remove he told me this is something I can just do on my own and dismissed my issues. I thought Brian didn’t really care about how I felt or attempted to make the situation right with me. I feel very wrong by this company and now I have to worry about paying someone else to remove the duct tape and the resin left behind. To say the very least, I will not come back and I may have to look into legal action as I feel very wronged by this company.
I recently hit a Turkey and it did some damage to the front of my truck. It also took out the AC condenser. Mark was my point of contact. From the estimate to picking the truck up after the job was completed I had great communication and the team was very professional. I was even surprised when I picked the truck up to see that it had been detailed inside and out! Highly recommended and will be using Fairway again when needed.

We have used Fairway collision for years. The company is very transparent with pricing. The work has always been excellent and the people are easy to deal with.
EDIT NOV 18 2021: Took my truck to another collision repair business, and my truck ended up being totaled, with a bent frame like they initially stated. I received full payment from my insurance.
Brought my truck here at the beginning of July (6th) after a rear end collision. Took 2 weeks for me to get any real updates from Lance. Initially I was told my frame was bent and because of the age and rust, it was close to "95%" total loss. They met up with my insurance on Friday (9th) and they were told by the insurance adjuster that he needed to see the damage better and would return for a second visit, since he was not satisfied with their diagnosis on the first visit. I spoke with Lance again on Friday (16th) and he once again told me it was close to a total loss, but the insurance was giving them a hard time in getting the frame replaced because based on their recommendation, but the insurance was deemed it stretchable, and I was told that the insurance advisor would be back to give a final answer sometime that afternoon. Jump to today, when once again, I had to call to get any updates (from both insurance and this company) and was told that they were going to go ahead and stretch the frame since it was not that bad at all and that the initial diagnosis was done incorrectly, and they miscalculated the total damage. Mind you, I have not spoken to anyone about any repairs, I was just told by Lance they came with an agreement with the adjuster. I told Lance that I found it interesting that they changed their tune so quick after a second meeting with my advisor and that the “super accurate and almost impossible to get wrong measurements” were done wrong. I find it hard to believe because for the last two weeks my insurance told me they were waiting on Lance and Lance was waiting on them. I was told 2 separate stories that conflict each other, and when asked about these contradictions I am given the empty platitude of “there is nothing we can do.” I am not sure about quality of repairs, from the reviews they seem superb, however, from my initial experience it was a mishandled and inconsistent service I cannot recommend.
They also returned my truck with the oil light on (I am not sure how that happened) and they left a mess in my back seat, they couldn't even put the tire iron bar back in its place and they broke my little lighter charge dock.

This is the type of business that you would usually like to do business with just once only because it's a body shop. Unfortunately, I needed to use their services again, and they did just as amazing as before. The process of getting my car in and picking up was so smooth and fast. Everyone there was so kind, transparent, and helpful. Also, they cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up. I was SO touched by this. (They also left the BEST promo item in my cup holder. It holds Kleenexes!) The work they did on my car looks amazing. You can't tell it was ever in an accident. Thank you so much to everyone on the team at Fairway!

The work they did was true to the estimate they originally gave me. They worked with my insurance company--they got everything to me before my insurance company did. The final work looks amazing. The rental they set up for me was nice and a very easy process. I'm impressed.
