We took our veichal here twice. First time to have a new engine put in and the experience was wonderful. Took two days and we were back to good as new or so we thought. Less than a week later we started experiencing issues with excelleration and cruise control and abs and tranction control would shut off right away. The veichal shifted but wouldn’t go into overdrive after 45-50 miles an hour. We finally brought the viechal back to the shop and heard after three days that they couldn’t get it started so they couldn’t run diagnostics so they were going to work on getting it started. Two weeks went by before we heard anything again and that was only because we stopped by the shop to see what was happening with our viechal. They told us they couldn’t fix it and that they recommended bringing it to a GM dealer. We paid to have the car towed home and not after having it home 45 min my fiancé figured out that it needed a new ecmu fuse. This started the the car right up and was drivable again with only the problems we had originally brought it in for still occurring. So why was there no simple test run at the shop to figure the problem out that took only a trip to the gas station to fix. Now not only have they lost our business they have lost our trust. Ashamed to have recommended them to friends and family. Disappointment in a business we loved and trusted.

Had my SUV towed over for an engine replacement, they kept me informed and had the work completed quickly with a surprisingly lower total cost than the original estimate! Highly satisfied!
Awesome place, very friendly. I smashed up my truck on a deer just about a mile North of Gaffke's in the middle of the night. Left it there overnight and called them in the morning. They were very helpful and I'd happily recommend them to anyone in the area.
Wonderful family business, if your some what mechanical the dad or son will show u how to repair, very straight forward. Hard to find a garage like that, Don't go to deal ship come here.
They did the work but it was the worst customer service I've ever received, and I've seen a hotel staff call the police over soap samples before. The woman swore at me on the phone. They wouldn't tell me the problem with my car. When I called they didn't even know my car was there. I actually cried after being on the phone with them the second time I spoke with them. If my car ever breaks down again, I'd rather be stuck with no cell service and a burning car than be around these people again.
I brought my Audi A4 convertible to them to have the timing belt and water pump replaced. They did an excellent job and made sure everything was running perfectly. They did it at a great cost which was an added benefit.
