I hit a deer with my car and contacted them for a tow and the driver was super nice and also pretty cute for a tow truck driver. I think his name was tony.
Jake provides top notch service. He brought two of my vehicles from St. Cloud to Moorhead in a timely manner and kept his word on the scheduled delivery date. He is very punctual and a honest man. Would recommend him to anyone in the area!
Got here and when I talked to this company this morning it would be about 2 hours the are short handed but still got us in with in 10 minutes right away very nice people to deal with .
Towed my car from Holdingford to Randall. Showed up promptly, the driver, Tony, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave me a ride back to Randall and dropped me off at my front door. Can’t say enough good things, if I need another tow I will definitely call them!
My family and I had a run in with a deer! We called and had a tow set up and they sent someone out right away! He was easy so speak to and nice! Everyone was friendly to my family of 5! I would give them a 10/10 if was available
On the way home a wheel bearing went out on my truck also damaging rotor n brakes they immediately called around found parts and 1 employee started working on my truck while another ran to Brainerd for new wheel bearing in 2 1/2 hours I was on the road pretty amazing and was incredibly reasonable definitely would use again

Absolutely wonderful experience. Did an oil change for me on the spot and help my new friend that I help get there to fix his tire so they could get home to their family. Highly recommended friendly professional and punctual thank you Kierstead

I have been looking for a decent car and haven't had any luck. I happen to stumble upon them and thought let's give it a try. Best thing I could have done. The guys are friendly and helpful, willing to talk to you about the car. Very honest, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be doing business there again
I blew a tire on our RV and this shop went above and beyond coming in late on saturday night to get me up and running as i had important places to be in the morning. 5 Star experience.
Had my wheel fall off my fish house on the way to red lake. Called up kiersteads told them what I had happen. They sent a guy to my location. Check out what happened. They went to town bought a new hub came back put it on. On the road in a hour. They saved my trip. They guys new exactly what to do and very nice. If I am ever in the area with car troubles I would call them again
Traveling back home from a fun relaxing time in northern Minnesota. Warning lights come on and the great mood changes quickly. How fortunate that the closest highly rated service station for my car was Kierstead Truck and Auto. The people who worked there courteous and accurate and thorough in diagnosing what needed to be done with my vehicle. The greater surprise was the bill. The rates charged for my services received a sincere heartfelt thank you. First time in a long time I did not go home from a car repair feeling like I just lost my next vacation money. Car runs great after the repairs and I am a happy customer.
I made an appointment for an oil change and a wiper assembly install. Fresh coffee was brewing when I arrived. It's small things like this that is very much appreciated. The work was done in little over a hour for a fair price.
